Everything was fine, including very professional and competent staff. The location quite a walk from city centre was perfect and comfortable.

It features great-sized and airy rooms with authentic Venetian decor and a double bed plus fresh towels. As for me location is particularly good, adjacent to the Jewish Ghetto as well as railway station and bus station, shops, restaurants. Cannaregio district is worth looking into.

Perfect and stunningly beautiful hotel near a bus station. Very easy to get from Marco Polo airport, just 15 km. Stayed in an extremely spacious and fancy room with a clean bathroom. Polite, very nice people working here.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, delicious with cheap wafer thin meat, good quality food available and rancid tasting butter.

The accommodation was amazing with very professional and extremely helpful staff. Our room was airy and neat, available with fresh towels, a safe, for instance. Exceptional service was provided here. We had early check-in on arrival. The location was convenient and ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Lucia Stazione. This hotel was in a lively area so close to Santa Lucia train station, the center, and various other shops.

The service was excellent and the rooms were a nice size and brand-new with tea, a nice view and fresh towels. This was a convenient and ideal location next to which is a 25 minute stroll away, the centre of the best casual dinning and bus stop.

Clean hotel, services were terrific and location was particularly good and magnificent to local water transport & to airport shuttle bus & trains. Double room was soundproof, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel had a great and handy location near a stone arch bridge. And it was nestled near a bus stop. The staff was welcoming and pleasant from my arrival up until I left.

It was excellent time in Venice. The breakfast was delicious and excellent and the place was clean. The location was marvellous and lovely yet it was near downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Furthermore, a few of nice spots, as Palazzo Labia were near the venue.

Facilities were good, nevertheless internet connection was weak.

This small hotel is equal to 4 stars. The units are airy, perfect with a nice view. The Irish bar is a nice plus.

the location of this hotel was marvellous and fab. efficient and amiable staff who were always there to help. loved our airy and attractive room with the smallest shower and the venetian-style building.

The rooms were warm on the dim bedside tables, the staff were efficient and accommodating. The stunning location was right next to Chiesa di San Geremia Church.

We had a really comfortable time. The venue was simple, we enjoyed the stay and the location was handy so close to the train station and Train, Shops, Restarants. For our taste room was huge and soundproof with beautiful interior.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

For dinner we visited gam gam kosher restaurant, set only 900 ft away. Piazza san marco was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us. Venue itself was amazing!

Grand canal and other nice tourist spots were so close to this hotel. In love with amadeus;)))
