That was comfy hotel set in interesting area, so close to bars and restaurants, the train station and piers and the marine port. The room was well priced and nicely decorated with good breakfast with a big bed.

Liked a very good stay with unbeatable and convenient location on those bridges with so many steps and a breakfast included.

We had a nice 1 night stay. Double room with comfortable bed, had basic facilities we needed. The food was fab - lots of options.

The venue's position was very central. It was near the train station.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, an iron, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel television. The food was nice and the staff were extremely accommodating. Its location not too far away from a landmark bridge was stunning.

Everything was simply very good. The best part of our real good stay was the delicious and awesome breakfast with local cuisine and ham and home baked cakes.

Perfect hotel, very pleasant and extraordinarily friendly staff, beautiful location within walking distance of water stops on the grand canal. Good-sized room and exceptionally comfortable bed.

All of the staff was best and outstandingly accommodating. The beds were big, I slept well. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

It is a comfy property located in Santa Croce district close to San Marco, public transport to-and-from the airport, and the center. The rooms are retro and include coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators. It has a marvellous and stunning location close to everything. 300 metres are distance to a restaurant.

Perfect place with accommodating staff and good wi-fi. What a good and unbeatable location anywhere near the city centre! Based next to the main sights, and the bus stop and train station as well as main car parks. Nice stay, as always.

The hotel had a very central location on the water bus. We had a lovely stay that met needs, would stay here again.

It's comfy and fancy place to stay 2 km away from an ornate footbridge. It has accommodating and kind staff and boasts incredibly beautiful views of inner courtyard.

The location was best possible, relatively near Santa Sofia. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with local dishes.

The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Lista di Spagna. It was located in a good area near Marco Polo, the grand canal and train station. I had VERY NICE days staying at this small hotel.

the staff were attentive and a delicious breakfast was provided. in our suite there was a delightful view of street. the bed was big with hypoallergenic pillows. the vibe here was quiet.
