We had a luxurious stay in this trendy boutique hotel. The location was the best, on the grand canal where you can easily get to the main tourist attractions, and the view was astonishing, too. Moreover, it was 5 km from Harmondsworth Moor. Deluxe room had upgrades, it was tastefully decorated and brand-new.

The location couldn't be more the best near the harbor. I had a deluxe room and it was tastefully decorated with chocolates, kettle, as for instance.

Marvellous and incredible location in a really quiet area, next to too many bridges, Easy to get taxi to train station and centre of Venice. Central location near a water taxi for the final leg which is a must, short walk to vaporetto and a vaparetto stop, it was in a great area. I was upgraded to an outstanding premium queen room with crisp clean sheets.

No reason to complain, memorable stay of our first visit to Venice. It's clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the really quiet area.

The bedroom was immaculate and fabulous. It overlooked the canal and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was central, near to Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop, the restaurants in the local vicinity which were better than those in the main area, and the vaparetto water taxis to the airport.

Overall clean, luxury hotel with caring and top-class staff at the reception desk. Easy location to the Rialto bridge and lovely peaceful area. Again, not far from Sainsbury's.

The hotel's position was super, very close to restaurants, cafes and shops, more tourist spots and St Marks square in 20 minutes. The premium twin room was lovely with lovely decor, so that guests had essentials.

All in all everything was exceptional, had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. The staff was enthusiastic, welcoming, no complaints. Comforts of double room with a balcony were fabulous. It was in a central location, to get to the vaporetto station. This hotel met every demand!

The breakfast is plentiful, and the location is top next to shops, restaurants and Grand Canal, the bustling areas and the Train station and St Marks Square. The deluxe king room is brand-new with beautiful view as well as complimentary drink. Very good service and the food is pleasant. It offers early check-in.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my two young children, had a fab stay. The staff were both fantastic and awesome. Premium queen room was adequate and outstanding had hypoallergenic pillows. Pastries, pancakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon looked delicious. The location was super, very close to main attractions and overlooking the canal.

The nice service and the attention to detail! We appreciated the convenience of the premium queen room with superb bathrooms. The hotel was magical, it had a super location just off boat stops on the Grand canal or towards Murano as well as the quieter areas of Venice!

The location is marvellous, 1 km from a grand showpiece square. It is nestled in a lovely area close to Cannaregio, Venice and main areas. The breakfast is enjoyable served with bacon and scrambled eggs.

It was clean, everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I had the double room, it was immaculate. Separate bathrooms, that included a bidet. The service was all in all excellent. Overall I loved the stay and recommend.

the location was stunning - ease of access to teatro malibran. the staff were hospitable, thanks to them everything was fine. they gave a deluxe queen room with the bed was, tub, for instance as we booked.

The location was stunning and optimal, not too far from Doge's Palace.

The street, it was too noisy.

It deserves its 4 stars. Canal view, helpful staff. A 5-minute walk will take you to gelateria ca' d'oro, where you can eat.

If you plan to visit rialto bridge, don't miss this place, it's 20 minutes walk. Grand Canal district certainly deserves to be visited. Free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.

Basilica san marco and other tourist spots were close to this hotel. The restaurant was located within 500 feet. Grand Canal district definitely deserves exploring. It was definitely 4 stars for us...
