The hotel had an incredible location a short way from a cathedral church. I had the double room which was well-appointed and exceptionally clean with a terrace.

Breakfast with a fantastic view and pastries, as example.

Variety of options, great food. Comfortable bed, big size bathroom and central heating, a work desk, and television with satellite channels in the room.

Everything is modern, I truly enjoyed it. The room is well-appointed and huge and includes a reasonably spacious bathroom. The rate is £ 344, satisfied. All in all they offer great service.

A memorable way to end my trip. Beautiful accommodation with amazing setting short walk to Venice the gondolas, water taxis, service boats, vaporetto ferries as well as tours / restaurants /. Lovely design, EXCEPTIONAL service in the entire hotel. Everything wonderful.

The property was ideal with extremely friendly staff from the owner Matteo's delicious breakfasts and coffee to Rosealba's efficient service, I truly enjoyed the stay. Location: the hotel was so close to water taxis and the best restaurants. Had brunch in the Osteria Bancogiro, located nearby.

Luxurious double room, large beds.

The location was amazing and absolutely incredible, just a short stroll away from a wide canal. Actually, the room was huge with a terrace, it also had wake-up service.

Tbh, had a fantastic stay for two nights. Everything here was wonderful, and the weather was lovely, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from a cathedral church. The hotel was in a local area, close to many authentic Venetian restaurants, the island, and bustle of Venice.

The breakfast choice was great with pancakes, eggs and fruit.

It has unbeatable and wonderful setting up to everything I read about it.

Thank you for unforgettable time here! The breakfast is sumptuous, offered with pastries made by Matteo's wife, cheese plus the fantastic view of the Grand Canal. Tastefully decorated rooms come with a fantastic view, private outdoor terrace on the water-front plus a private terrace. The hotel provides an excellent service.

Had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast was wonderful with wonderful cooked to order eggs and the fantastic view of the Grand Canal, as for instance, and also the staff were all incredible. The exceptional service and the attention to detail! All the facilities were modern.

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, I tried great pancakes, eggs and fruit. Its location not very far from a wide canal was absolutely perfect and amazing.

the hotel was exquisite and had all the gorgeous charm coupled with a friendly service. the staff was amazingly attentive & helpful. we had a very nice stay in a long time.
