Wonderful and fairly clean place overall with great and perfect location to the Grand Canal. So many gorgeous options for breakfast, such as meats, pastries, and bacon. The location in the heart of the city.

It's fairly clean small hotel with nice staff and a fab location.

Savoury breakfast with croissants and bacon and fresh pastries, it had so much choice.

All good — we greatly enjoyed this small hotel — the food was fresh and the staff were nice and courteous. Overall it was absolutely gorgeous, with a private bathroom. No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose.

The staff where very pleasant and consistently courteous and assisted with public parking. They placed us in a guest room which was freshly renovated and stylish. The service was exceptional, the food was lovely.

Had an excellent stay for three nights, everything was modern. It had great and unbeatable location, near to the local bus stop, St Stae as well as a square the food. It was a few steps away from Fattoush, where you can have lunch.

Recently refurbished units with large bathroom, an abundance of hot water, for example, and the staff were amiable. The location of the property was magnificent and absolutely incredible, in the back canals.

The breakfast was plentiful and savoury, and included meats, tea, pastries, and bacon. The location was fab, near San Stae vaporetto station, in the very quite area. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Santa Croce district.

The service was EXCEPTIONAL, totally satisfied. The unit we got was neat with the bathroom, venetian style, for example. Got a plentiful and delicious breakfast included in the rate.

The place is spectacular and spotless, it offers delicious breakfast and marvellous location very close to san stae stop.

We got neat and practical king room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. We had tea/coffee making equipment and fridges in the room.

Brilliant place for discovering Venice with understanding staff at reception desk. Bright room with balcony as well as chaise longue and wonderful breakfast to start the day.

The breakfast food was brilliant and included pastries and bacon. The hotel was in a magnificent position adjacent to many major sites and resturants, and Water Taxi and Ali Lagoona to airport.

The room had not so great views.

Silent and airy room, had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Not far from a bus stop to get everywhere quickly.

Great and fab location right at Natural History Museum. Fairly quiet, elegant units provided with fresh towels and gorgeous furnishings plus the utmost comfort.

It is an absolutely fantastic property located in Santa Croce district next to the most interesting museums the Palazzo Mocenigo plus the San Stae church and the Museum of Modern Art, an early morning flight the day and points of interest. The staff are all very pleasant. They provide meats, tea, pastries, and bacon, that is lovely. It offers excellent services. Thank you for a such wonderful stay.

The guest room was impressive, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was very very good, especially meats, pastries, and bacon. It was in a fab location with nice staff at reception desk.

Spotless spectacular hotel, accommodating staff and fab location right off the Alilaguna San Stae stop to take the boat taxi to-and-from the airport. Airy and freshly renovated room with a safe, a kitchen area, and a small refrigerator.

The venue was spotless and the staff were very pleasant and exceptionally pleasant. The twin room I booked was freshly renovated. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, tea/coffee making equipment and fridges. The location was fab, within a close distance from a grand showpiece square. The area was very quiet adjacent to restaurants and points of interest at the area, water taxi from the airport and the main sights from there Lovely staff. In general the service was exceptional! Also, I didn't find issues with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the queen room itself was silent and airy.

Wonderful breakfast, practical double room. Lots of food at breakfast like pastries, fruit and bacon. Amazing and incredible location in Venice, very close to the city's best areas, the center and calm, and vaporetto stop San Stae.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met extremely friendly staff at reception desk. Liked the way our recently renovated room with fresh towels was arranged.

The place was perfectly clean and quirky, had extremely friendly and amiable staff from each member of the staff. The restaurant here was good which is buzzing with atmosphere, we both ordered fresh dishes.

Incredibly beautiful place, nice staff at reception desk. A lot of meals for breakfast, including pastries, fruit, and bacon. Very impressed with double room in venetian style. Amazing, fantastic location very close to Rialto Bridge and other sights and restaurants and points of interest.

The location was fab and amazing, not far from Rialto Market as well as a vaporetto stop. I usually went to Fontego delle Dolcezze to grab a bite.

All in all everything was really good, had a really really nice stay for three nights. The restaurant was good which is buzzing with atmosphere here, I had fresh dishes. The view was lovely, the bed was very comfy.

The rooms are neat and practical for good prices with a terrace, a huge comfortable bed, for example. The location is very central, close enough to the centre of Venice, one of the most interesting museums-the Palazzo Mocenigo-, and the San Stae water taxi.

There were air-conditioned, neat rooms with balcony. The hotel had an incredible and amazing location very close to Cannaregio.

The units are elegant, fairly quiet with a balcony. Plus, the location is great, minutes from an ornate footbridge.

Marvellous position in the nice enough area, just next door to the San Stae vaporetto stop, which allows easy access to-and-from the airport, one of the most interesting museums-the Palazzo Mocenigo- and the rail station. Again, walking distance to an ornate footbridge.

When we visit Venice, like staying here. The property is cool, it has superfriendly staff at reception desk. The hotel offers pastries and bacon for continental breakfast.

We have booked double room with a Juliet balcony, the bathroom, fresh towels for 4 nights. The service was exceptional, including a smooth check-in.

Views were not so great.

All the rooms are spotless and stunning with a balcony and the staff are accommodating. The location is magnificent and awesome, 2 km from a dazzling Benedictine abbey church.

The units are stunning, spotless with balcony and the bathroom which had a bathtub plus chaise longue. Tasty breakfast that includes pastries, bacon and meats.

delightful and clean place to stay in, it has welcoming staff from each member of the staff. the location is perfect and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel. it is just a walking distance from osteria nono risorto, where you can eat something.

The staff is pleasant, kind. The units are authentic, silent. The hotel boasts very central location in a quiet street next to San Stae vaporetto station. Moreover, it is close enough to the Rialto Bridge as well as Venice.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The venue was situated very close to many major sights and within 10 mins walk from grand canal. The area contains some restaurants like Fontego delle Dolcezze within 5 minutes' walk.
