The breakfast food including pastries, eggs, and bacon was brilliant. The location was fab, not far from top branded retails around, and water bus and main attractions 5 minutes walk exceptional buffet breakfast. The team provided an exceptional service.

It's elegant and fairly quiet with nice bathrooms.

Everything was amazing, nothing too much trouble, I couldn't recommend more it. The location was stunning and fantastic - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. I was given fashionable room with shower, an enormous bed, for example. The food was lovely, especially pastries, eggs, and bacon for breakfast.

This location was amazing and lovely, right by the redentore festival, really great restaurants around the world and the lagoon and grand canal. We had a comfortable bedroom.

Its service was incredible. The room was stylish and large, featured a terrace, coffee-making facilities, and a lounge. The location was particularly good and fantastic, right on Grand canal, and my bed was extremely comfy.

The hotel was special and I greatly enjoyed the streets of Venice. I had generous sized and nice styled room complete with a lovely garden at the rear to enjoy cocktails, lagoon view and a walk in shower.

Spent 3 nights here with my wife, had a fantastic stay overall. The bedroom was perfect and fantastic. The hotel had fantastic staff members. The location was stunning and the services were top-notch. A boat dock was close to the venue, I truly enjoyed it.

The property was in a very central setting in the garden with a wide choice of everything you can want including caviar.

Overall it was beautifully designed and reasonably large by the garden. The breakfast was wonderful and perfect and provided with most cultural tastes. All the staff was outstandingly accommodating, fixed my issues.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The location was stunning and wonderful, you can visit a Gothic church by walking. Plus, it was close enough to water taxi, and main tourist attractions.

Everything was fantastic, the a la carte breakfast was totally worth it. Location: the hotel was very close to Venice or side entrance by gondola as well as restaurants. I ate in the Michelin star rated restaurant nearby. My classic queen room was stylish, had a large bed. The view of the lagoon was great! The ambience felt really elegant and the service was very good.

Also, Doge's Palace was situated on the doorstep. The classic room was well-appointed and lovely romantic on the water, so that guests had essentials. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Quirky and fancy hotel with a very good service, spent my time lovely here. Attentive and cooperative staff, provided information if needed. The food was decent and included eggs, pastries and bacon. The location was best possible, for example, an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge was within walking distance of the venue. The property was set in a shopping area.

Loved this place, it was classic. Only 10 min walk to downtown. It's feet from Oriental Bar, good for a little drink. We had an elegant room with satellite TV, a private safe and a dining area.

Great tourist spots like grand canal were very close to this hotel. Cannaregio district was worth staying in...
