All in all they offer amazing service. Continental breakfast offers lots of fine food choices. It has very welcoming and exceptional employees.

Wonderful small and modern hotel located very close to the port, the vaporetto, and a quiet canal with easy access to San Marco and the water bus stops. Gorgeous breakfast with nice view and warm milk, as for instance and incredible location.

We booked the suite that was huge. The bed was very comfy, a Jacuzzi worked well.

The location of the hotel was incredible and amazing, close to Rialto bridge. The staff were extremely polite and affable, everything was nice.

The hotel is small luxury and quirky with very good services and continental breakfasts. The staff are always attentive, we liked them. The property has a magnificent location, close to major attractions. It's not far from the st mark's square, the Rio di San Lorenzo canal in Venice and a water taxi to the airport. Very central location and 5 minutes' walk to the subway. Updated and spotless units with the bathroom and a nice breakfast.

Our stay here was relaxing, wonderful base for exploring Venice. The unit we got was neat with tasteful decoration and a hot chocolate plus a hot chocolate in the garden. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant and the service was good throughout our stay.

Make sure you stay in the king room with excellent views. It offers very good service.

It's a picturesque place, fairly clean. It has pleasant, consistently courteous staff. They care about guests, offer incredible service and shuttle to the glass factory shops.

Satisfactory breakfasts with nice view and warm milk, as example, the facilities were overall nice. The hotel was in the very central setting strategic near to the St Mark's Cathedral.

The venue is placed in a very central position close to the other areas of Venice. Fairly friendly staff provides an excellent service.

Very rude staff!

We were given a classic triple room with umbrellas view upon arrival. It was neat and had coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel TV and a study table. The location was magnificent and stunning, right by San Marco, the island and San Marco square.

Pleasant staff and great and lovely location, perfect for me. Good restaurant relatively near the hotel. Situated in front of a gondola station in the relatively quiet area.

The hotel had a particularly good and unbeatable location really close to Riva degli Schiavoni. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was in front of a gondola station. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, personalised services.

The location was incredible, and we could reach a cathedral church by walking. There were supermarkets and chemist's around the hotel.
