It's nestled in a very cute building with best possible and quiet location to Santa Lucia train station.

Exceptional service during our very very good stay. Generous breakfast with a nice View to the canal, fruit, meat, decent location.

Exceptionally clean nicely designed accommodation with friendly efficient staff and convenient location right next to all transport to-and-from all the points of interest. Had deluxe room with an antiquated feel and an open shower plus view directly in front of construction going on.

We had a large bedroom. We got an extremely spacious room and exceptional service. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient. The location was great and fantastic, it was in the middle of the town.

This accommodation had a central setting next to the water bus. Also, we were 2 km from our favourite spot Doge's Palace.

The location is convenient and best possible, relatively close to a stone arch bridge. Would stay again in this good area.

The location was great and brilliant for me, close to water taxis. And it was also near to ferry terminal and the railway station and water bus stop.

Spotlessly clean and quaint place, has extraordinary views of a park or another river view. The staff are professional, managed the parking on site. It has central location and near the train station. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty for all meals. Thanks a lot for making our stay a very very good experience.

We had plentiful and rich breakfasts with beautiful views. Had central location to the San Marco area. Plus, it was just off one bridge from the train station, and taxis outside too.

It had central location close to Papadopoli Gardens. We ate in the good restaurant for all meals which was reasonably priced.

Actually, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and our bed was very firm.

It was an easy base for our great stay. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. The rooms were luxurious, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the view was pleasant. Btw it included a safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

So glad we choose it, its comfortable place for staying in Venice. The room view was fantastic. Besides, we parked the car on-site...

such amazing tourist destinations as cannaregio were next to this place. one could dine at restaurants such as hostaria vecio biavarol 5 minutes away.

Staff was great and we liked our stay. We would recommend, maybe to friends;)))
