The standard double room is functional and has air conditioning and multi-channel TV. The location is in the heart of the city. The hotel provided a good customer service during our weekend.

The unit we got was tastefully decorated and functional with twin beds, hairdryer, for instance. The staff team was brilliantly helpful and professional at any time.

The location was great and the room was clean. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Got particularly nice breakfasts with very good coffee, amazing view and juice.

The standard queen room was huge and absolutely perfect with modern bathroom. We really enjoyed a TV and a safe.

The room I booked was compact and fairly quiet with 1 bed single, a shower and hairdryer. They served yummy food for breakfast.

Only stayed 4 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this recently refurbished hotel. Brand-new standard double room and the bed was comfortable. The professional stuff provided all the necessary info. The food was excellent and the location was unbelievably good. And it was also really close to the San Marco square, San Marco boat station and shopping and the major attractions including the accademia, the Rialto and the various ferry stations.

Had a real good stay in selecting activities for me, everything was perfectly fine. The staff was fabulously helpful and professional providing the information. The best possible and prime location was very close to Doge's Palace. Btw, it was just 20 min walk to downtown.

Absolutely perfect room and clean bathroom with a hair dryer, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries. A good choice of food available in the terrace. Stunning location with exceptional views.

Appreciated the stay, it was terrific in selecting activities for me. The staff were very kind, and the standard king room I booked was impeccable. Marco Polo airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Magnificent central location close enough to the San Marco square and the vaporetto station and the historical centre.

Sincerely, it was a REALLY GOOD stay in selecting activities for me. The staff were professional and took care of me. The restaurant was cheap for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. A bidet was great-sized and everything was perfectly fine.

Thoroughly enjoyed it during our terrific stay. The staff was extremely great and very kind, the room was impeccable with hairdryer, twin beds, as example. The location was great for destinations we were going to. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away.

Its location at a medium distance from a Baroque marble palace was great and incredible. Our deluxe queen room was equipped with unnecessary space.

Our standard queen room was perfect with twin beds as advertised. A bidet, guest toiletries, and bath sheets were available there. The personnel was informative, doing their best to assist. Had very central location easy to access from water taxi. Went to Teamo Wine Bar for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything was great, had a fairly nice stay in selecting activities for me. The location was good, for example, a wide canal was not too far from the hotel. The main shopping centre and a shopping street were right next door.

My favourite property in Venice. Variety of yummy food for meals. The exceptional staff working throughout the hotel. Very central location in the very center of the city. And near the San Marco square and the vaporetto station, the centre of Venice and Venice.

We stayed in a standard double room and it was compact. The location of the hotel was prime - just a pleasant stroll away from a Gothic church.

It is a few steps away from grand canal. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We greatly enjoyed everything.
