The unit we got was beautifully decorated and well-kept with a good bathroom. Liked the classic decor!

Had the triple room which was bright with a really comfy bed. The food was freshly made, drinks were warm.

A well priced place, we loved its peaceful location. There was a wonderful restaurant and competent staff. The service was efficient, including an above average breakfast with cheeses and pastries, as example. You guys made our stay real good.

Rooms were not very comfortable.

We were upgraded to twin room on check in. The breakfast had a lot of freshly made food and drinks.

The hotel offers satisfactory and adequate breakfast. It's functional with exceptionally comfortable beds and exceptional views.

Functional units with very comfy bed. Marvellous location in the fairly quiet area, near to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, vaporetto's and restaurants/shopping, ferry and the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square.

The triple room was bright, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. I enjoyed that beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Well heated and bright room, it had a flat screen TV, a safe, and 2 windows.

Above average and delicious breakfasts with pastries, jam, cheeses, the facilities were really nice. The location was magnificent and nice, near all the main touristy places, and eight steps.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with good heating system. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The venue has marvellous location to the San Marco's square.

We stayed in a king room which was lovely looking and air-conditioned. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and location was perfect and magnificent.

It is APPEALING place to stay, the food is freshly made, and location is premier close to everything in San Marco. It has welcoming personnel in a non affected manner.

All in all everything was excellent, had a really comfortable stay which ruined our holiday. We had the king room and it was updated and complete with Venetian style, large basin, for instance.

Extremely convenient and well priced property with delightfully helpful employees in a non affected manner. Above average breakfast options with pastries. Ideal, peaceful location in a mostly quiet area. Easy walk to Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti.

Everything was excellent, excellent service, incredible location just off tourist attraction, and San Marco and surrounding areas. Updated rooms with a great decor, exceptionally comfortable beds with hypoallergenic pillows.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to shopping street. Explored a landmark bridge, that is located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was well heated and functional, with an en suite bathroom.

Came here for 3 nights with my mother, had a comfortable stay. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was bright.

The location is magnificent and premier, 2 km from Cannaregio.

It was a perfect location just next door to vaporetto stop and the direct boat to the cruise station, friendly staff, decent breakfast and lovely rooms, central for all the major sites and the finest stores.

It was reasonably clean, spotless room. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Doge's Palace.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, not too far from an art gallery. And the area was lovely, next to Venice as well as the center. My queen room had a personal safe, climate control and a mini-bar. The breakfast choices were above average with great coffee...

a few steps away from the restaurant la caravella. here we stayed very close to piazza san marco. location was quite great.

We enjoyed the hotel and its nice style. We were next to such places as st mark's basilica. Located in a central area.
