Great views of a lovely "'truly spacious garden "' out the back from well decorated rooms. Very clean beds and large bathroom.

The location was perfect and convenient, for example, a historic fortress was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Had a very very good stay for the 3 nights we were there, would love to return.

We had a nicely decorated room overlooking the canal. The location was perfect and easy and perfect for what we needed, it was close to a train station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mercat Bar. The buffet and free breakfast was local.

Marvellous and brilliant location close enough to a stop of boats, the alley, and the water bus that goes to SAN Basilio ship terminal, restaurants and eateries were near the hotel. The room I got was fancy and updated with modern facilities in the bathrooms, safe, for example.

The place is good small and has perfect location very close to the bus terminal. It offers beautifully decorated rooms, and has amazingly attentive staff with a friendly manner that made you instantly feel welcome and at your home away from home.

The location was convenient and easy, close to FIND FROM THE AIRPORT BUS STOP, a bridge near the train and bus station and Away from the high tourist area and easily accessible. It was well decorated, good enough for a couple of nights. We loved it and would love to return.

The total stay was excellent in September. The room was functional with a nice bed and a particularly well equipped bathroom. The breakfast had outstanding choices, including coffee and bacon, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. Our hotel was in a great and stunning location to the Vaporetto stops. Everything was excellent and met expectation.

In general the service was excellent. The room was immaculately clean and compact and I really enjoyed its traditional decor. The food was fabulous especially during the continental breakfast. The setting of hotel was marvellous, helpful on immediately booking me a private motorboat tour of the canals.

I would return here, loved this place. Thanks a lot guys for a very very good stay in September. It has easy location for visiting a public museum. The airport is 15 km away, easy to get to.

Views are not so great.

The breakfast is superb and tasty, and the location is marvellous short walk to Piazza San Marco, the lovely rear garden and many restaurants and easy access to San Marcus square.

The location was absolutely perfect and good for Venice, right by also to get around within the city, a reasonably priced and good restaurant and bus stops. The service was amazing during my stay.

The location was comfortable, close to Papadopoli Gardens. And the area was lovely, very close to the main sightseeing spots, cafes and restaurants and cruise terminal, buses and rail station.

Spotless room and a stylish bathroom. Very central location, not too far from an eforea spa. Near the train station & the bus station, the water buses, the cruise port, restaurants & shopping, the canal with easy access to both the bus station and the bus stop.

The rooms were fancy and updated, had shower facilities and a bidet. The location was great and gorgeous, a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal.

My stay was real good in September. The location was perfect, to close to the main tourist area with easy access to a shopping area and several stores. Furthermore, it was at a short distance from a wide canal. I loved well decorated and brand-new rooms. Everything was fantastic, though a few employees were not very friendly:)))

The room I booked was compact and fashionable with the garden, a really nice Venetian style and the most comfortable beds. Every stuff member was amicable and efficient.

Thank you all for a real good stay for my business trip. The room was beautifully maintained and bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable permanent fold away bed, welcome drinks. The location was incredible, not very far from Museo Leonardo da Vinci. I liked sitting in the restaurant for evening meals.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would love to return. The stay here was very very good in September. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, offered us concierge service, wake up service and ironing.

the garden view was a bonus. our favorite hotel in venice, we strongly recommend it.
