Will be back if in Venice. It's modest hotel with exceptionally nice staff on the reception desk.

Adequate and very good breakfast with a great selection of hot/cold dishes.

The room is reasonably priced and tastefully decorated with traditional furnishings, also they can offer wake-up service.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from a wide canal. There was variety of food for breakfast, including cereal and fresh fruit.

Our room was bright and immaculate with a hairdryer, a lagoon view and sofa and met what was needed.

The hotel is reasonably clean, has views of the Marina. Make sure to get double room with a great view, hair dryer, single beds. There is a really nice outdoor restaurant, for breakfast. Every visit to Venice we like to stay here.

The breakfast at the hotel was varied with a view of the Grand Canal. Incredible and stunning location close to most attractions, all was perfect.

This was my second really nice stay here and I will be back. Everything was perfect - functional rooms and substantial breakfasts. I enjoyed the room, the bed was large. The location in a lovely area was unbeatable and particularly good and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Sestante Bar & Restaurant. Onsite attached restaurant was good with very pleasant staff. The service was great in my opinion.

The breakfast was free of charge and varied especially cereals and fresh fruit. The room with lagoon view highly recommended. Central location was a plus. No complaints whatsoever, I had a real good stay and would book here again.

The restaurant here was fantastic for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. The view was pleasant of the Marina. It was in a particularly good location with Riva degli Schiavoni nearby.

Our room was tidy and authentic with a bathroom, coffee table, a view of the lagoon. The location was marvellous, near to San Zaccaria stop for taxis and buses, and alilaguna and vaporetto stops and a short walk to San Marco and the Realto.

We expected there would be elevator.

The room is good sized and functional with a quite old decor. The location is very central.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for lunch or dinner. It had fine beds. The staff were great, doing great job. The location was unbeatable and charming, you can visit Riva degli Schiavoni by walking.

Unbeatable and stunning location, it's set very close to the Maria della Salute and Maria Maggiore churches. The staff are lovely and fantastic, offer brilliant services.

The room was both immaculate and bright with a very recently remodeled bathroom, lagoon view, twin beds. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, not too far from a historic bridge. There was a GREAT restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

Incredible service, unbeatable and particularly good position near all the major sights. And near St Marks square, Doge's place and the vaporetto, the cruise terminal and the San Zaccaria vaporetto and Alilaguna. Welcoming staff, plentiful and substantial breakfast with a view of the Grand Canal.

Location adjacent to the lagoon, the vaporetto and Venice. Units with a view over the lagoon to st georgio.

The restaurant was good for lunch or dinner here, I had excellent dishes. Had exceptionally comfortable bed with the canal view❤
