The place was quiet and wonderful, we truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was warm and the best with hot food, good value. We had the most absolutely amazing few days there.

Unique, neat room with a marble bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Good location, very lively area. Next to a train station to get everywhere quickly.

The location was marvellous, you can visit an innovative gallery by walking.

The room was well-appointed and air conditioned with a comfy bed and the high ceiling, all I could ask for, good value. This hotel was located in a very central area just next door to railway stations, the train station and bus stop and the more lively areas in the evening.

Warm and delicious breakfast — plenty of meals. Modest room with Venice style, hardwood floors, as for instance, cool drinks in the on-site bar. Marvellous setting, near a supermarket nextdoor, station and water buses and the center of Venice.

This was a good stay by 1 night. Got triple room with double bed as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. This location was perfect, close enough to all public transport, the bus station and the train station and the Ponte Degli Scalzi bridge. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Buckingham Palace.

The breakfast is good hot and varied with juice and ham, for instance, there’s an option for each taste. The location is excellent and unbeatable and it is just next door to bus stations and railway stations, shops, restaurants, and Saint Lucia train station and ferry.

Overall it was neat and fashionable, with a marble bathroom. The location was great, near water bus.

The location was particularly good, next to a train station. It was across the very lively area. The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. Croissants, yoghourt, and eggs were really appreciated.

Had a very relaxing stay by 1 night, everything was great. Very central location adjacent to the train station and markets, the Grand Canal and Train station, and shops, railway station and vaporetto stations, it was in a very appealing area. Also, it was just a pleasant stroll away from a classical 17th - century palace.

The breakfast was the best for most tastes, and all the food was delicious. It was retro, carpeted and with air con. The accommodation had a very central location very close to Santa Lucia station.

The location was perfect and comfortable, relatively near Palazzo Pisani Moretta. The breakfast was fresh made with nice hot food; the staff was hospitable!

It has particularly good location to see a soaring Gothic church. The guest room is unique, we also thoroughly enjoyed lovely views. Can't wait to say thanks a lot, would like to stay there on the next trip.

The place was stunningly beautiful and absolutely fantastic, with its exceptionally nice staff on the reservation. The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had hot dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. The location was marvellous - ease of access to a historic Jewish quarter.

King room was the best. The staff was welcoming and nice all the time. The location was marvellous and beautiful, because a train station was based walk from the hotel. It was located walk from a main street and a church.

It has perfect and comfortable location, short walk to food and shopping choices, Santa Lucia train station, Scalzi church, a minimarket and Cannaregio neighbourhood, and Venice for 5 nights. A guest room for 2 bags has basic facilities you need. The staff are wonderfully helpful and top-class, overall.

All in all everything was very good, had a perfectly pleasant stay by 1 night. The breakfast looked freshly prepared, with nice hot food, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The location was convenient and handy, minutes from the train station and easy to find. Also, a stone arch bridge was at a short distance.

Nice hot breakfasts, with options of capuchino and pastries, for example. Excellent location right by Very close to train, San Polo and Santa Croce and Torcello. Besides, excellent for visiting a historic Jewish quarter.

Ideal and fairly clean place with excellent staff on the reservation. Particularly good location to the cruise ship terminal, Art Deco style building. And close enough to bus / train station as well as Venice for 5 nights for the start of the 2020 Carnival. Nice croissants, yoghourt, and eggs supplied.

It's carpeted with exceptionally comfortable beds and exceptionally good views. Offers marvellous location in a very appealing area. We were very impressed and would stay there again.

The hotel was located in a marvellous place, next to the train station. Besides, the area was shopping, next to Jewish Museum of Venice. We had queen room with air con and fresh towels etc.

Everyone who works in the hotel is amiable and welcoming. It offers great services and has a sensational breakfast choices...

The location was brilliant and awesome, for example, Coop was not too far away from the hotel. And walk from bars and restaurants, it was a bonus. It was good to have hot drinks in the Irish bar. They had an early check-in.

The units are opulent, tidy. It has a marvellous location really close to Venice, train station and vaporetto.

I had a very pleasant stay. Generally everything was very good. I had single room with a private bathroom. Its location not too far from a wide canal was unbeatable and best possible.

My 1 night in Venice were really comfortable. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of a wide canal. Enjoyed their warm drinks, served in the Irish bar.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. The facilities were really good too.

Comfortable bed and good location. 10 mins walk to the center. We went to Ristorante Sivoli, located right next to the hotel, to have some dinner.

we enjoyed staying at belle epoque. we would like to go back there again on our next trip to venice.
