It was an unbeatable location short walk to all attractions, water boats and gondolas, the Rialto Bridge, and Right in the heart-restaurants. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well. We had a nice bedroom.

Wi-Fi signal was not good; usual breakfast, a little disappointed.

Overall well prepared and gorgeous breakfast with juices or other popular items and croissants, as for instance and perfect service.

The location picturesque directly on a canal with gondola stop out front door.

We had a delicious continental breakfast with a good choice of meals. The location was perfect, to the Marano Glass factory, the view was fantastic, too. Also, it was near Apollo Victoria Theatre.

The deluxe room had all necessary amenities. The best part was the stunning view of the street.

I've had a comfortable stay in a weekend. The location was marvellous, overlooking the courtyard. And the area was crowded, very close to Rialto/ San Marco, ferry at Ca D'Oro, and the Ca' d'Oro waterbus stop. The breakfast was gorgeous, I really enjoyed outstanding eggs and bacon.

We didn't have time, so we also will definitely go back there again.

The location was particularly good and stunning there, to a full-on grocery store. Again, we went to see Teatro Malibran and a quaint bookshop nearby.

The view of the street was magnificent, as well as central location adjacent to the main travel route from the train station to St Marco.

There was lots of good meals. It was based in very beautiful building in a particularly good and stunning location, close to main attractions. Came to visit Dorsoduro, based just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Sincerely, it was a pleasant stay of 3 nights. I greatly enjoyed looking at the street from the window of the double room. The staff were proactive and knowledgeable in the whole hotel. Its amazing, central location was a plus. The authentic restaurant was really nice, they served great food.

Think that this nicely appointed and well-run hotel is beyond compare, loved it. It has a lively bar and extremely helpful and caring stuff.

The most important - marvellous and stunning location on the water bus. Again, not far from an ornate footbridge. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard twin room, plus a high ceiling and climate control. Well-equipped bathroom with jacuzzi.

It boasts top, best possible location close to all the tourist attractions. All the staff members are competent and outstandingly helpful. No complaints whatsoever and would want to stay there again.

The standard room is modest with the glorious style, a four-poster bed, comfortable beds. The hotel provides gorgeous breakfast with croissants, cakes, pastries. Very, very nice and unobtrusive staff ensures you spend an excellent time here.

Our double room with a four-poster bed as well as a queen bed upstairs was airy. Every member of the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

My stay was really enjoyable even in a weekend. Double room had upgrades, it was attractive and perfect. The staff were efficient and gentle without being intrusive. The location was incredible and best possible, just a short walk away from San Lio. Also, the area was safe...

A minibar, central heating and an electronic key card inside the deluxe room were handy. You can see street from your window and meet competent staff at all times.

Superior hotel, staff always excellent! The superior queen room suited us: it had a mini bar, a heating system and a flat-screen TV. It's so close to Osteria dal Riccio Peoco with nice drinks and cocktails.

The hotel was short way from ponte di rialto and next to cannaregio. Convenient location, consistent prices. Really good breakfast with lots of choice❤❤

During our stay we visited rialto bridge that was 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are lovely...
