The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - within easy walking distance of a satellite gallery. The double room was compact, the bed was comfortable. Climate control and an iron/ironing board turned out to be good.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, had lovely 1 day overall. Its location was perfect and decent, on local seafood restaurant, and in a really quiet area. Santa Croce district was worth staying in. The personnel was amiable and courteous as expected. The vibe here was family. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too.

I thoroughly enjoyed authentic and extremely spacious room complete with amasing condition, a TV, as for instance. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The staff was great and catered to my every need.

the staff were really helpful, perfect and decent location in the museums or so on. the place had a family atmosphere. asked for family room and it was well priced and decent size with shared bathroom.

The place was original. Got vintage and modest room with the children slept on, a shared bathroom plus a TV from 1980 - always come in handy. I did not want to leave and would definitely book here again...

The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was nice and excellent, I greatly enjoyed its nice staff. The location was awesome to major tourist spots, you may take train on Venezia Santa Lucia train station within 10 minutes walk from here. Everything was great as expected, though the bathroom was smelly.

Great and perfect location for our visit to Palazzo Labia not too far from the hotel. Also, close to the train terminal. Breakfast with a coffee machine upstairs😃
