The hotel was special, had outstanding views and excellent location very close to the passing parade of life on the Grand Canal, and along the Grand Canal. The staff were superfriendly and amiable and provided efficient service. The room compact and the beds were very comfy.

The restaurant was nice with very professional wait staff, we ordered fresh dishes.

The breakfast I had was tasty with decent coffee and croissant, as for instance. The room with comfy beds. The location walk from the train station was particularly good and perfect.

It was in a perfect location central to the centre of the island.

I was here for 5 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for breakfast. Outstandingly accommodating team in his service. Walk from a train station, the location was magnificent and amazing, close to transport.

Easy to find a train station that is walk from the hotel.

The location was perfect - ease of access to Lista di Spagna. Furthermore, the area was very nice. The room was functional and generous sized with balcony and the view, just what we needed. The breakfast was savoury with hot PANCAKE and beautiful view for the Canal Grande, for instance and the ambiance was elegant.

We didn't like that there was view missing, were a little disappointed.

Worth its 4 stars. Breakfast is great and staff is friendly. What's more, TV cable high speed internet access was a huge plus. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Cicchetti, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
