Airy & tidy unit with venetian vintage feel.

Everything is nice, I liked it. I have stayed in the single room with fresh towels. The staff is useful, knowledgeable. The venue is in the middle of the town.

Its fantastic, very central location was a plus. The staff was pretty friendly and check in was quick.

The venue is newly remodelled, fairly clean and the location is marvellous and lovely near to many attraction as well as most important sites.

Our standard double room was brand-new with a wonderful view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was very very good.

We had queen room to ourselves with fresh towels, private bathroom and level 3 or 4.

Their staff were not very helpful.

We were offered a sensational breakfast with pastries, hard boiled eggs plus coldcuts.

The venue is wonderful, with fab food and amazing location to pretty much everything. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. Btw, it's set in Cannaregio district next to moderately easily reachable by public transport from airport and nice restaurants.

It has extremely helpful and patient staff and very good services.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus excellent air conditioning and a safe box. Good service, parking outside. Incredible, lovely location in Venice, so close to landmarks. Besides, very convenient to Doge's Palace.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing setting near the Rialto bridge where all the waterbuses arrive and depart from, both the train station and other places like San Marco, and a theatre. Sensational selection for breakfast. Decent size and nicely decorated rooms with 2ofwhich were pushed together, champagne, for example, very good service.

Very very good breakfast, en suite standard double room. Particularly good location close enough to major tourist sites and public transport, Rialto Bridge a famous landmark out in venice and a historic theater, quick check-in. Again, walking distance to a cathedral church.

I ate at a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. The location of the hotel was marvellous and easy - just a short stroll away from a cathedral church. A bus stop was close to the place.

Booked superior queen room, that was provided with 2ofwhich were pushed together, slippers, for example. The staff were courteous and location was great.

The restaurant here was pretty good for lunch or dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location in a really quiet area was good and there were a market and souvenir shops nearby.

Breakfast was sensational, wonderful views, excellent location close to the vaporetto and a very acceptable. The staff was extremely helpful and patient, helped me a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the Italian cuisine served in the attached restaurant.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is really kind. The units are airy, tidy on level 3 or 4 from memory. The location is marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a landmark bridge. The fact that it's located close to a bus stop is a big plus.

We stayed in a guest room which was new-fashioned and tastefully decorated. It had good facilities in the bathroom: a bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets.

It is a pretty standard place. The guest room is brand-new and decent sized.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded all expectations, would be happy to recommend it. Outstanding dishes were served at the attached restaurant.

The hotel was located in the middle of Venice. The food was fab with lots of options. The service was excellent, the breakfast was great.

It is a wonderful and pleasant property located in Cannaregio district really close to all the cute shops and cafe, bar, restaurant, ferry terminal, landmarks. The breakfast offers a good choice of muesli, chocolate, yoghourt, jam, and fruit. The location is unbeatable, to all highlights of Venice.

The staff were patient and respectful, no complaints whatsoever. The location was perfect, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. Moreover, the area was quiet. Fab food in the attached restaurant was the best part.

We had a sensational breakfast with muesli, yogurt plus meats served very good food. The hotel's position was absolutely perfect, by all the cute shops along the way.

The rooms are huge and airy with huge bathrooms...

the location was unbeatable, not too far from a wide canal. it was a peaceful area, a nice place for me.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Easy base for discovering Venice. Rooms were good sized. Enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Malibran, no need to go somewhere else: D

Worth its 3 stars. We think its an ideal place for staying in Venice. The staff were helpful from the moment we arrived.

The bathrooms are very small. Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Helpful staff did a great job...

The entire experience was great! Il Milion, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We loved the room, it was good sized.
