The breakfast had a lot of options, including eggs and bacon. I had reasonably priced room with fair shower. Reasonably good breakfast and other services were exceptional! The location was stunning and incredible, short walk to the Venice canals. Btw, I was not very far from a cathedral church.

Stylish and wonderful accommodation with magnificent setting close enough to the finest shops, beautiful Chiesa di San Moise and Venice for the Sting concert at San Marco. Lovely breakfast options with champagne and meats, as example.

The location amazing and particularly good close to water taxi pick up. The rooms with the outdoor terrace.

The room was well-appointed with terrace when upgraded. It had absolutely perfect location a short walk to a basilica and a palace.

Booked a room with pleasant views, and the staff were pretty friendly people from the reception through to the housekeepers. The location was magnificent and particularly good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Explored a wide canal, that is located not too far from the hotel.

The staff members were patient and caring. The hotel was in the central setting to the water taxi that had been ordered. And it was also near the gondolas below as well as the channel.

The room was newly decorated and great-sized with a marvellous continental breakfast included. There was extremely comfy bed, accommodating staff at all times. The location of the property was magnificent, close to other dining establishments.

The hotel was in a magnificent and incredible location next to the rio di San Moise canal or river and the canal during breakfast for what we wanted it for. Amicable staff, greeted us with such kindness.

I'd give it more than 5 stars, everything was excellent. I was offered a room with nice views of the lake.

The location was GREAT, for example, a satellite gallery was not too far from the hotel. The room was spotless, we thoroughly enjoyed a luxury bathroom in it.

The breakfast choices are savoury and delicious with pastries and a wide assortment of breads, for example. The rooms are well-appointed here with adequate lighting as well as the terrace.

Thank you for a perfect stay. The breakfast is savoury by fantastic I mean eggs and the location is perfect. The room is reasonably priced. The staff are extremely helpful and patient, can recommend a restaurant. It offers impeccable service. In fact, there is excellent internet.

Romantic recently renovated rooms with a delicious assortment of foods, a kettle, for example. Savoury breakfast with pancakes and scrambled eggs, for instance and stunning location.

Views of the lake were particularly nice, the room was airy and functional. The location was magnificent for Venice, near Right next to the canal, La Fenice Opera House and St Mark's and Easy to reach from Marco Polo airport via bus bus.

magnificent, excellent location very close to the vaporetto station and near the san marco square, marco polo airport and a quiet area right by the canal. also, very close to the bridge of sighs & rialto bridge. airy & decent size unit with a view. amazing breakfast by fantastic i mean eggs for all tastes.

We stayed really close to our favorite places such as grand canal. The breakfast they offered was tasty. It was very clean in the hotel.
