Marvellous location walk from the central station for easy access to city. Situated in a great area.

It is spotless and reasonably spacious hotel, the staff are attentive and location by San stae stop is magnificent. They serve savoury and delicious breakfasts for all tastes with continental food, a grand view and great coffee.

We had the classic room and it was brand-new and complete with such a wonderful view, a really comfy bed, as for instance. The terrace had decent meals.

Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Overall clean and the staff was hospitable and attentive. Perfect location in an interesting area, adjacent to castle where next to the canal and eateries, restaurants and shops. 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Dean Village. Huge and beautifully maintained rooms with own bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The rooms are compact and brand-new, with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite television. The bathroom is spotless, the beds are big, the staff are attentive.

The location was excellent, close to a boat dock, so it was really easy to travel around. Had brunch in the Blackjack Beers, located nearby. We had a very good bedroom.

Close to a boat dock, the location was magnificent. It was close to Magna Hungaria, where you can have dinner. Beautifully maintained rooms with a view and very good service - just as we expected.

The venue is quirky and stylish, its location is beautiful, near to great canal 5 minutes' walk to Rialto bridge, other areas with lots of restaurants and shops, and major sights.

Our rooms where neat and airy with a nice breakfast of eggs, a balcony, as example. Had very central location near the San Stae ferry stop. And it was also just next door to Canal Grande, rialto and train station and Piazza San Marco. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met needs well.

View was astonishing, breakfast was savoury, and beds were great. Very friendly efficient staff from the reception to the waitress in the breakfast room and the porter and the room was a nice size and well-equipped. It had an elegant interior. The location was historic and top, right by the square, the bus station and Venice's Grand Canal.

We had deluxe double room, and it was exceptional with a pull out bed.

It had very small beds, maybe it was bad luck.

All in all everything was great, had a comfortable stay during my visit. The breakfast was very good for the value; the stuff where nice. The central station was walk from the venue.

The breakfast offered was absolutely superb with a lovely coffee, an awesome view and continental food, couldn't have asked for more. The hotel had great and incredible location near to the restaurant, the cruise port and close to rialto. It was exceptionally comfortable and incredible and we would love to go back.

Well-maintained units with a beautiful view over the canal. Early check-in, excellent location not far from the River bus stop and the Grand Canal of Venice.

The room was adequate and it had a sofa set and two windows. The location was marvellous and fantastic, you can visit Mocenigo Palace by walking. The area was great not far from time watching the boats travelling along the canal, the San Stae and Rialto Mercato vaporetto, and most main attractions.

Perfect little and unique venue, top location not far from many central sites, and water taxi straight to the hotel's own jetty. Great beds & a nice size rooms. Large breakfast available. Early check in and in general very good service. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Unique place for a visit to Venice with top location in a beautiful area and very good services. Location close to most museums, and Rialto Market. Minutes away from a centuries-old market and 500 metres from a wide canal.

The weather was wonderful, had really really nice stay during my visit. The classic queen room I stayed in was airy.

The check in was quick, the staff was courteous. Enjoyed my deluxe queen room with fresh towels as well as balcony.

Everything was fine, the wifi was excellent. The room seemed budget, the bed was comfortable. The food was savoury overall. The hotel had a brilliant location minutes away from Cannaregio. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were hospitable. The stay was very very good.

Liked it - the place is perfect and suited me fine. The location is very central, really close to the Grand Canal, the Rialto market, and St marks square and basilica. Santa Croce district is worth looking into.

the classic single room was exceptional with chandeliers. there were tea/coffee making equipment and fridges too. the staff were amicable and the setting was incredible. besides, the area was pretty quiet, next to a main street.

The staff was attentive and great to deal with. A safe box, a mini-bar and central heating were available in my classic double room. It looked out to street. The location was marvellous - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Besides, the area was calm, next to Ca' Pesaro.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to the Rialto bridge. We didn't want to leave and would stay here again, liked the hotel.

Interesting place, very comfy beds, superfriendly staff. Very impressed with classic room. The breakfasts for the value. Very central location right next to the Rialto market. And right by the canal, and the Canal Grande. Simply nothing too much trouble, very nice stay.

The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of Natural History Museum. I booked a classic queen room for 4 nights and had a perfect 10/10 stay. The staff was smart and catered to my every need.

Had unforgettable 2 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The staff I encountered were knowledgeable and hospitable. The venue was set in the central position just off the canal. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby La Cantina.

Unbeatable and best possible location metres from an art museum. Great restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. Lots of facilities such as: a mini fridge bar, climate control and a personal safe.

Quaint and quiet hotel overlooking canal, we had a great experience here. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was pleasant and courteous during all this time. The idea to include an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the deluxe queen room was nice. Overall it was bright, with a private bathroom.

The classic room was very good with extremely comfy beds. Plus it had exceptional view over street.

The hotel itself was a classic option. We really loved the convenience of the classic double room, as well as a heating system, a safe and a flat-screen TV etc. 10 minutes walk from central Venice. Breakfast is SATISFYING, a wide array of food.

Such tourist sites as grand canal were near to the venue. Beautiful location, normal prices.
