The location was ideal very close to the water transport and the staff here was very professional. Besides, the hotel was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

My room was recently renovated and reasonably large and reasonably priced with shampoos, the terrace, for example. The breakfast had fantastic selection of items.

The room I stayed in was newly decorated and reasonably large and complete with a wonderful large bath, a great view, as for instance. The location was stunning, in the center of beautiful sites, in the very nice area. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

Had excellent and incredible location by water taxi from the airport. We had the superior room which was stocked. We appreciated very comfy beds.

Hotel’s breakfast was lovely and outstanding with amazing view of the Grand canal and fruit and pastries and could satisfy any taste.

Beautiful and absolutely fantastic place with excellent Wi-Fi and rooftop restaurant. Spotless and huge rooms for hotel guests. Gorgeous breakfast with a great selection of food. Perfect service during my incredible stay.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and stocked with a view. The location was excellent, 0.5 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. Also, the area was very nice.

It was an outstanding stay for the weekend in January. Our room was nicely decorated and had 1 queen-size bed. The location was exceptionally nice, by water taxi as part of a large group during the fourth highest tide in history and the interior design was nice.

This was a perfect location very close to the train station by water taxi, the worst Italian restaurant in Venice with all Americans and foreigners that were clearly sent by concierges that are paid off by the restaurant owner and the square.

The bed was a little hard, that's sad thing.

The superior suite we stayed in where nicely furnished and recently refurbished with a view at the bauer.

The location was incredible - close enough to main landmarks, the Rialto bridge and the other districts of Venice and St Mark's Square. I had the superior suite which was well furnished with a terrific breakfast.

Air conditioned superior room with massive double bed, a great view, as for instance. Ideal and nice location, on the waterfront where the Grand Canal starts.

We lived in the superior king room with a good view and fine linens. The staff were service-minded, perfect and exceptionally nice location right by the canal too.

The overall features were very good. It was newly remodelled, silent and with a view. The location in a very very nice area was absolutely perfect and excellent and there were shopping streets and boutiques nearby.

Everything about it was very good. The staff was very professional when we had questions. The location couldn't be more perfect and nice in the canals. In Ristorante Canal Grande you could have Italian meals.

We would definitely go back, no complains at all. Its location is MAGNIFICENT & amazing, adjacent to a water taxi to Murano, which was a wonderful and highly recommendable excursion, the 'Rodeo Drive' stores and the train station by water taxi.

I had exceptionally comfortable bed and chandeliers in the reasonably large. The location was amazing and incredible for traveling around Venice, close enough to a landmark Venetian palace overlooking the Canal Grande on the front, the other districts of Venice, and the San Marco plaza.

We got well furnished superior suite with a view as an upgrade, nice gesture.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would come back for sure. It was perfectly clean, staff was amazingly attentive and patient. This luxurious and romantic hotel had a very central setting right by the grand canal watching the gondelors. Had brunch in the B Bar Lounge, located nearby. The continental breakfast offered a huge variety of dishes. The service was absolutely good.

Thanks a lot guys for an incredible stay for the weekend in January. It offers silent rooms with terrace, a breathtaking view, a balcony, and every member of the staff was perfectly nice and incredibly welcoming.

Our room with a view was large with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was stunning, not too far from a wide canal.

Spotless and huge hotel units with a good view, 2 bath, for instance. Marvellous and brilliant setting in the shopping area, right by the main tourist area, waterbus, and the train station by water taxi.

It was a classic building, the rooms were spotless and huge with a view if travelling as a couple. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to a grand showpiece square.

The venue was set in the central position close enough to Venice, and Piazza San Marco.

The facilities where amazing and the breakfast was gorgeous with incredible views over the grand canal, pastries, freshly squeezed juices. Appreciated the location near many attractions in a very nice neighborhood.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, and we could reach a grand showpiece square by walking. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast and aperitivi and the terrace bar.

All in all unbeatable and magnificent setting short walk to the Rialto bridge, great restaurants and gelaterias, and Vaporetto stops, hectic Venice and Also close to getting boats to visit Murano / Burano.

Make sure to get superior queen suite with a view of the Campanile, access to wonderful new spa across the lagoon on Giudecca island, as for instance.

I had the superior room which was bright and silent. The location was incredible for walking around a cathedral church.

They offer enjoyable breakfast in the bar.

The location is fab, within easy walking distance of a wide canal.

Overall, it's nice comfy base for exploring Venice attractions. The venue has magnificent location in an excellent position.

Make sure you stay in the superior king room with the view of the canal. The continental breakfast is a great bonus. The location is very central. It provides nice restaurant nearby.

The rooms were spotless and unique, with separate bathroom. The hotel had a very central position near Murano / Burano.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. The hotel has unbeatable location right by the canals, Venice and the center.

The location was incredible and peaceful, for example, a satellite gallery was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel...

I had enjoyable days staying at this brand-new hotel. Everything there was perfect and the staff were knowledgeable and patient. I got superior queen suite for 3 nights, loved it.

So glad we choose it, it's good base for staying in Venice.

The breakfast was enjoyable and we really enjoyed the dining room where it was served. Prime location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.
