It was in a very central setting by restaurants. The room was fabulous and the breakfast was plentiful, excellent service.

Elegant classic double room with soap etc and a spectacular wiew over the St Marcus Place. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff and quick to respond.

Everything was modern, stunning location near from St Mark's Square to the many shops, the Rialto Bridge which is easily signposted and conveniently located near a water taxi stop and Venice in October, polite staff. The double room I stayed in was fairly quiet with the exclusive terrace. No complains at all, this was a very nice stay in my last night.

Overall clean and luxurious accom with magnificent location just next door to trattorias and tourist places, the Rialto Bridge and the airport for an early flight to Rome.

The location seemed perfect and magnificent to St Marc's square. Very good service, provided by the extremely helpful and friendly efficient staff.

Romantic and exceptionally clean property with good service and good value. All in all great and fantastic location, really close to ALL the attractions of Venice, Sn Marco square and many fine eateries within 100yards. Again, walking distance to an innovative gallery.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Everything was very good, incredible location not far from Concordia Hotel, awesome, lovely shops, bars and restaurants and San Marcos square, very nice experience. They gave me beautifully decorated and impressive room with a spectacular wiew over the St Marcus Place, nightstands and a view of Piazza San Marco.

Luxurious trendy boutique place with good location so close to Murano island and good restaurants. Amazingly attentive staff, perfect check-in and inviting bar. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the nice cosy and lovely romantic room.

The hotel has fabulous and fantastic rooms with a view of Piazza San Marco, the private terrace, as example.

The view from my double room was nice. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable.

Had a quite comfortable stay in my last night by the room above jumping around their room and can't wait to come back. Everything was good and the view was priceless. The location was super for exploring this vibrant area, short walk to Piazza San Marco as well as st marks basilica/square. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

We had a suite and it was a nice size and luxurious. The location in a very pleasant area was perfect and magnificent and there were many interesting shops and various stores nearby.

The breakfast itself was very disappointing, can be much better.

We got room with Venetian decor and a well equipped bathroom to relax. The location was magnificent so close to everything you want to see in Venice.

Very disappointing breakfast.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, within walking distance of all the sights. It was also short walk to ALL the attractions of Venice, from St Mark's Square to the many shops and St Mark's square, general ambiance of building. The outdoor restaurant for the Staff was the best part.

Magnificent location, it was just off the shops and restaurants, the San Marco cathedral, and San Marco square and all great shops. I thoroughly enjoyed well decorated room and its spacious bathroom.

Magnificent place overall, it is fairly clean, location is unrivalled right in the centre of St Marks Square. The venue has stunning rooms with a very comfortable bed, hanging laundry of a neighboring house, for example and really kind and cordial staff.

The staff is very attentive, the breakfast free of charge, the location is incredible not far from St Marco's Square, and Doge's Palace. It's impressive with exceptionally comfortable beds and great views. The bathroom looks fairly clean. All in all they offer exceptional service. In fact, there is very good internet.

The classic queen room was well maintained and exceptional. We loved their exceptional customer service. The location was incredible and unique, close to Saint Mark's Square. And it was also just off St Mark's Square, all great shops and Venice.

The staff was amicable, whenever I needed help. The setting was quite perfect within easy reach of a cathedral church.

My room was light with updated bathroom, shower and soaker tub.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a byzantine shipyard was marvellous and best possible. Also, the area was vibrant. The breakfast had lots of options and included hot chocolate and scrambled eggs.

The rooms are stunning and elegant, the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is immaculate, the staff keeps it stocked and clean. It has perfect and best possible location to see a cathedral church.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. excellent room, superior venue, perfect breakfast. just a 5-minute stroll to the center.

Spend our time here perfectly. We appreciated to chill in the nearby Ai Specchieri.

Morning meal food was solid! We loved the service and staff and realistic prices. The hotel was in a perfect location and met expectation. Excellent room and bed.
