The breakfast was hot and large with more water and yoghurt, for instance, incredible value for money. I only stayed 1 night, even so the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

We ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast.

The location was amazing, next to In fact why bother to lumber yourself with bottles, both the railway and a large bridge crossing the grand canal over to the north side of venice, in a pretty area. Also, we were a 10-15 minute walking distance from Northern Quarter bars.

The food was good, we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Its location was magnificent and wonderful, on what you can pay in the supermarket, and in a very nice area.

Nice beds, a writing table and a chair in the room. The location stunning easy to walk to the Rialto round the back or accross the bridge. Based short walk to the train stations and the rail stations as well as Venice.

Had absolutely amazing stay on vacation and the weather was wonderful. The location was marvellous and easy, not far from so many restaurant and rail station and bus station, good value for cost. Also, the distance to Cannaregio was just 1 km.

It had a fantastic location so close to the train station, cruise terminals and plaza Roma, "garden", and great restaurants and shopping. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a grand showpiece square.

The location for Venice was amazing, near COOP supermarket, a cafe and the water taxi, water bus stations. Also, a renaissance church was located in vicinity.

In overall, the place is luxurious, has pleasant staff on the reception desk. The double room is functional and has a safe box, hot coffee, and three windows. Great location for visiting Venice, it's right by gift shops and great restaurants, Venice in the near future, and train station, bus station and rental car garages. Santa Croce district is worth seeing.

Good food, good service and impressive view at sunset. Wonderful, incredible location close enough to the train station in Rome, and the vaporetto. Situated only 1 km from a renaissance church. Extremely pleasant and well-stocked rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service.

The position of the hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect, on the bridges. The staff was willing to help at any hour and was really friendly from morning till night.

The location was perfect and excellent for traveling around Venice, near the waterbus stop, bus to get to airport and coach stations. Also, the place was relatively near a landmark bridge.

The hotel had an incredible position, to Marcopolo airport. It was also adjacent to the great patisseries and restaurants, the cruise ship terminal, and transport and cruise terminal. The stay for two nights certainly was real value for money.

We had a quadruple room, which was stocked and spotless. The breakfast was savoury for a continental included bonus, we loved it. The location was easy, you can visit a beautiful baroque church by walking.

Make sure you stay in the king room with the view of the canal. The setting is unbeatable and brilliant, really close to the train station and cruise port and Venice, nice enough area.

The hotel had FANTASTIC staff and location. Really enjoyed central heating, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. This property exceeded all expectations!

We recommend the place. All terrific: location and staff. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Trattoria Agli Amici, set within 5 minutes walk or so...

Excellent location, brilliant prices. We could have lunch in Kfc set within 800 feet.

Such main attractions as campo san polo were so close to this hotel. Breakfast was fine. Good value, we would recommend the venue to family and friends
