Cool hotel & clean, its location is perfect and comfortable in the centre of Venice.

Private parking onsite provided. Neat, compact room provided with extra bed, paper lying around, a private bath.

The staff was very very nice throughout the day. My double room was equipped with central heating and a work desk.

The venue has compact rooms with shared bathroom, extra bed, as example and really kind staff.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were competent. The room was good-sized and well-appointed, provided us with bathroom and extra bed plus a private bath.

Fairly clean place accompanied by competent staff. All in all perfect and excellent setting close enough to restaurant and the shop, Canal Grande, railway station, helpful staff, wash basin in room, big wardrobe, TV. Again, not far from Thomas Cubitt Statue.

This accommodation had a central setting close to best coffee shop in Venice. Moreover, it was near the Alilaguna vaporetto stop, a quiet area of Venice and the central station.

Stay here was really nice, I didn't feel like leaving. All in all, it was comfortable place for travelling to Venice. The room was fairly quiet where bags & paper lying around and the staff was nice. Central heating and a work desk turned out to be good. The location in a great area was great. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from a cathedral church.

The location for our purpose was great, very close to a bus station. Moreover, it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown. Our double room was compact with renovated bathroom, a private bath, for example as advertised.

Everything was great, personnel was kind. I have stayed in king room for 1 night, it was complete with a comfortable bed, bags & paper and renovated bathroom. I appreciated nice restaurant. Very close to a bus stop, supermarkets and a local shop were not far as well. The stay was very nice, couldn't recommend more.

The location was marvellous: a supermarket and a local shop were within walking distance.

I spent a fairly nice time here, recommend to anyone. The place was clean, spotless rooms. Central location just off Venice, railway station, and a boat stop, it was in a good area. The lunch in Pizzeria Vesuvio near the hotel had every choice imaginable.

It is a modest property located in Cannaregio district adjacent to Santa Lucia train station as well as shops. Make sure you stay in the guest room with bathroom and charging devices plus a private bath. The personnel is amicable and informative.
