Had a perfect 10/10 stay here. The place was romantic and modern and the staff were cooperative, the location was beautiful to the centre of St Marks square. I had a high standard room with a chic decor. Scrambled eggs, cereals, and fruit was a bonus.

Tried fabulous coffee, scrambled eggs, cereal, and fruit. The staff were attentive and respectful throughout our stay.

Sincerely, it was an extra special stay in winter time. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, right by the Piazale Roma bus station, real venice, and Rialto bridge and Saint Mark's Square, in a very nice area.

Impeccably clean place with attentive staff members and canal views. Spotless and high quality room, had an unforgettable stay in town for a short stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location really close to Venice, a free very posh water taxi, and the major attractions. The breakfast was warm with pastry and cheese, as for instance, and the team was thoughtful and kept the space impeccably clean.

Magnificent very central location close to the water taxi from the airport and a glass factory that was a con business that imports glass. Furthermore, the hotel was relatively near a wide canal. Large and plentiful breakfast that included scrambled eggs, cereal, and fruit.

The room with canal views was very well decorated and had an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. All the staff members were extremely helpful and very amiable.

The morning breakfast was plentiful with REAL orange juice and really good hot, for example. The location was magnificent and wonderful, next to the vaporetto stop, San Polo and Dorsoduro and the main tourist area of the rialto bridge. And it was relatively near a grand opera house.

We have booked superior double room with very nice facilities. The location was exceptionally nice, in the local bars, convenient to go everywhere.

Luxurious and reasonably clean place, everything was nice. I truly enjoyed high standard and recently refurbished room with canal views. I ordered a continental breakfast, it was hot. The hotel was located in a stunning place, short distance from a bus stop. You could walk to a main market and a market.

Delightful food for warm breakfast with a very helpful waitress. Unbeatable location to Palazzo Pisani Moretta. Found in the very nice area very close to the open garden, and bus/train station.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was top quality, with absolutely perfect location so close to shops and restaurants, the centre of Venice and the center. Liked the location in close walking distance from many sights.

Superior king room had upgrades, it was high standard and recently refurbished. Pleasant view of the garden, liked it. This location was unbeatable and nice, short walk to the art museums, the bridge and lovely restaurants and many shops.

It had beautiful location with access to San Toma Waterbus nearby.

The venue's position was very central. Everything was modern and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport. The staff were all attentive, exceptional service.

I would recommend with confidence. Everything is great here, had a truly memorable stay in town for a short stay. The location is stunning and brilliant, and here's the cherry on top - walk from a bus station. It's in a new building in the nice area.

Perfect location - very close to nearby restaurants, and Rialto bridge, the art museums and st marks square. Lots of food at continental breakfast including coffee, scrambled eggs, cereals and fruit to order.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with the view of the canal. The location is best possible and easy, in the San Marco area...

Had a truly memorable stay in town for a short stay, everything was great.

Everything was great, however a few employees were blunt.

Recently refurbished units with the air con, the Venetian style, as for instance, and the stuff where knowledgeable!

Awesome location, the room was immaculate and beds were lovely.

Some people working there were terrible rude.

The food was delightful, drinks were complimentary. It was compact, unique and with an extra bed.
