Lovely romantic unit with stunning views, a balcony, the bathroom.

The hotel was quaint with brand-new rooms and I appreciated excellent staff. The room with a great view.

Very nice staff, neat and functional rooms with a great view, air conditioning plus very clean a new bathroom. Central location right on the canal.

The staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating, everything was perfect. The room itself was reasonably sized and functional with shared bathroom, WiFi, for example provided.

The setting was magnificent, short walk to bus terminal, festivals all over the world, and train station and bus boat stop. Visited a few interesting places, including Stockbridge Market, located not very far from the venue.

Some of the staff were not very nice.

There were romantic, new-fashioned rooms with ac.

I liked the appetising food they offered. Its absolutely perfect, central location was a plus.

It was a marvellous location really close to the main attractions, San Lucia Venezia train station, and the old jewish Ghetto in Venice. Furthermore, it was a 10-15 minute walk from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

Had 2 days in Venice, spending our time here lovely. The location was good and absolutely perfect, about 10-minute walk into town. It was just next door to Palazzo Labia, that we visited. Greatly enjoyed this great family run hotel, recommend.

It's walk from the train station, we could easily travel around.

I appreciated the staff, they are very amiable. It offers an easy location right in the heart of the city. The bus stop is 400 metres away.

Excellent unbeatable location, close to the water bus stop. Also - short walk to a pretty bridge. Reasonably large and absolutely perfect room with big bed.

The staff is very polite and polite, and the host too.

The hotel itself was nicely decorated and overall clean and the staff were consistently courteous, it had amazing location near train station.

The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, will definitely go again next time. The setting was great, next to the orange color waterbus as well as bridge and train. Furthermore, I walked to see a historic Jewish quarter.

The area was really noisy.

Thanks very much guys for a very nice stay for one night. Lovely location in the area where working Venicians live, you can walk everywhere. Furthermore, it's close to train station, bus terminal, supermarket and restaurants.

Everything was great, nothing too much trouble, I can just recommend it. Had an amazing stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, the train station was walk from the venue. The place was a short walk from Ostoria da Bepi, where you can have dinner.

Stunning location in the quite basic area, very close to the centre and the restaurant downstairs on the canal. Plus, next door to Ponte dei Tre Archi.

We didn't want to leave and would want to stay there again. Had amazing stay for one night. Marvellous and stunning location close to Train and Bus stations made it easy to get to key attractions. Everyone was very-very nice and the room was neat and huge.

Little and absolutely fabulous hotel located in a busy area next to burano and airport and other places, and the key attractions of the city. Marvellous location, only a short distance to everywhere.

Nicely decorated hotel, spotlessly clean, employees are outstandingly accommodating, and location is stunning to main islands. Overall appetising food, plus there is Piccolo Bar close by. I recommend this property.

The whole experience was VERY NICE from start to finish, recommend. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was neat and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location next to a historic canal bridge was marvellous and brilliant. There were supermarkets and gift shops around the property. The staff and people generally were consistently courteous.
