The place is fairly clean, the room is contemporary, the staff is competent. It's not my first stay there and I would definitely come back.

Stylish, romantic room, everything was good. We loved the staff, they helped us with everything. The location of the hotel was incredible, in a fantastic area close to all stations.

The location of the property was comfortable and perfect, very near the Sta Lucia station. The continental breakfast was to die for.

Everything was good, it had great wifi, no complaints. The bedroom was romantic and elegant. Friendly check-in, the staff helped us with everything.

Overall it was neat, with a separate bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide range of options for all tastes. The staff were amicable, marvellous and incredible location on the grand canal which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the San Marco area.

We were there for 1 night, overall had an absolutely amazing stay. The breakfast available was delicious with fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and vegan croissants. The location was marvellous for Venice, close to public transport, and Vaporetti stops. Moreover, a renaissance church was just a pleasant stroll away from the place.

Appreciated our absolutely amazing stay there a lot. It was fairly clean, the staff was welcoming, plus the service was excellent. The rooms were new-fashioned and romantic, had a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. The location of this unique and refined hotel was amazing, close to all stations. Besides, it was close to the train station and bus station, the Grand Canal and a private garden on the Grand Canal. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was appetising.

They serve delicious breakfasts for all tastes with vegan croissants and toast, for example. Its location is perfectly comfortable and easy, a minute walk from an innovative gallery.

The staff are very pleasant and exceptional, we greatly enjoyed them. The location is great and absolutely perfect in a nice area, very close to a water taxi, the Arsenale, and the railway station and vaporetto quay.

Everything was great, so were lovely views of the lovely garden of this very picturesque property right on the bank of the grand canal. All the services were excellent. The shuttle from the airport was also a good thing.

Nicely decorated place to stay, plus it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a wide range of brilliant food and drinks. The hotel had indeed an excellent and stunning location close to great restaurants. And there was Burger King Venezia with short-orders right at the venue, super convenient. The friendly service and shuttle from the airport far exceeded our expectations.

It is an absolutely fabulous property located in Santa Croce district near gondolas being gauped at by strangers. It has brilliant and amazing location in the garden next to the river.

Every staff member was exceptional and exceptionally nice. The location was amazing and fantastic, very close to a train station. The place was very close to Venice downtown.

there was a railroad station not far away. for dinner we chose mirai, that was 600 feet from the hotel. we loved staying at ca' nigra lagoon resort.

Great location, seeing Grand Canal was a pleasure. The hotel was not far from grand canal. A view of the garden from our window. There is a good food option within 200 ft - Trattoria Povoledo.
