The location: stunning and fab & away from hustle and bustle. Nice styled units with bar, a double bed, as example, amicable employees.

Really small bathroom.

Stunning design, great service in the entire hotel. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around. Marvellous location, just walking distance from everywhere. Set in a residential area just next door to Rialto Bridge and San Marco square, other cafés and restaurants in the city, and water bus stops.

Neat and air-conditioned room provided with bathroom, a/c, for instance.

I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall nice hot for a good value.

The place was luxury, no complains at all, would recomand. The breakfast was warm and marvellous for a good value and all the food was amazing. I truly enjoyed the decent size and soundproof rooms with lovely venetian decor sympathetically restored to offer modern conveniences. The location was amazing because it was near public transports at a decent price, water taxis and the restaurant and housekeeping. Had lunch/dinner at Grumbles, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The room where ac didnt work very well in 37c. The morning breakfast was nice hot and delicious with chilled water, juice and fruit. The location was magnificent, close to restaurants and shops!

The standard king room is fashionable with a large bed, bathroom, as for instance. It offers exceptional service. The place has amazing and stunning location to the many many restaurants that Venice has to offer.

Decent sized room with comfy bed and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Fantastic and magnificent location, a short way from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The location excellent and amazing so close to the centre. Plus, walking distance to Thomas Cubitt Statue.

When we checked in, standard double room was ready. The breakfast was delicious, all meals were great.

Fashionable classic queen room was neat. The service was great as we had expected. The pool was nice too. Its location was marvellous close to all main sights. A cool bonus was Caffe Molinari, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the stuff where absolutely kind and accommodating. The American breakfast was nice hot and for a good value. In general the service was excellant. This gorgeous and perfect hotel was in very central location close enough to enjoy all the major sites.

The location is great and absolutely perfect and near all the main attractions in 5-10 minutes as well as the Giorgione. The American breakfast is marvellous, I greatly enjoyed it.

The restaurant was superb for breakfast, I tried warm dishes. It had a large bed and included a large bathroom a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. The location was amazing for first time visitors to Venice. The property was set in a residential area.

I've had a very nice stay for 2 nights. The staff was absolutely kind and accommodating and the place was fairly clean. The room was tidy, the bed was lovely, greatly enjoyed it. It offered a delicious American breakfast for a good value.

The units were beautifully maintained and air-conditioned for a bedside table.

The setting was quite incredible within easy reach of an art museum. The airport was approx 20 minutes' drive away.

Views were pretty average.

All in all everything was lovely, had a really really nice stay for 3 nights 25th Nov. Got decent sized and soundproof room with the balcony as expected, truly enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel is marvellous, near to Rome, Florence and Venice, excellent restaurants and bars and the Giorgione after 25 years. Cannaregio district is worth seeing.

There is stain in some places.

The breakfast was warm and delicious, I would definitely return. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants and local fun things to do, and the interior garden. I tried some drinks at wine bar El Sbarlefo, located 5 minutes walk away. The services were good!

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from an ornate footbridge.

The staff was amazingly polite and affable and always helped me. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, at a walking distance from a historic Jewish quarter. It was a residential area, a handy base for me.

Delightful hotel with incredible employees from the manager to every single receptionist. The fashionable and exceptional room with the terrace or view. Very good check in and late check out. Perfect location just off good restaurants, San Marco's Square and shops, fabulous food.

Luxurious room with a bedside table, the amenities plus terrace for £ 238. Delicious breakfast for a good value for the start of the day. The very good check-in process too. Incredible and brilliant setting in the fairly nice area, not far from the Grand Canal and the centre. Nearby Osteria dal Riccio Peoco - great place to chill out.

The location was incredible - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

we had 3 nights in venice, spent our time here fantastically. fantastic location, 20 minutes drive from the airport.

We would recommend & will be back. We loved the fact that we chose giorgione. A boat dock was nearby. Placed 15 mins on foot from cannaregio and very close to many other city attractions;)))
