Whole place was clean with remarkable views; stunning and incredible location close to the main attractions. Had an extra special stay here.

The breakfast was tasty with a wide array of different food. The staff was very pleasant, amazingly nice.

The vibe here was quiet. We spent 1 night in triple room with a view. The staff there were hospitable and extremely helpful.

The rooms are neat and huge with a view and our experience is unforgettable. The breakfast has savoury options with the ghastly coffee served elsewhere and proper cappuccino, for example.

The location STUNNING and amazing fantastic right beside The Grand canal. Near several good restaurants as well as the stylish promenade overlooking the wide waterway that the cruise liners sail along.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous and stunning location just next door to Venezia, the canals, and San Marco square. Plus it was 5 mins drive from bacino Orseolo.

Absolutely perfect and bright room with exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating and a work desk. Central location, at a medium distance from Campo Santa Margherita.

I loved this special place, stayed there for 2 nights. Tidy and huge units with private bath and a very beautiful view plus discolored mirrors, and the staff were experienced.

Variety of options for breakfast in the dining room. Triple room with private bath, a good breakfast, for instance. Beautiful, magnificent location easy to get to from the airport via water buses. And just off the Accademia bridge and water bus exit, Pensione Seguso in May 2006, and the Coffeys shop nearby.

Location so close to Accademia bridge, the stylish promenade and many churches and musuems including the Accademia. Very hospitable and knowledgeable staff, romantic room with private bath, a wonderful view, as example. Good service during our stay...

The location is particularly good and gorgeous, to St Mark's square. The staff is hospitable and well experienced, an absolute asset to this the place:)))

I had fairly nice days staying at this small hotel. It was fairly clean, breakfast was tasty. The rooms were perfect and bright with the view. The staff were very pleasant, the location was charming and brilliant.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Venice. The place was fairly clean with a helpful staff at the reception desk. Sea view was remarkable and the location was amazing, just off old Venice and train station.
