Breakfast was wonderful, glorious views, stunning location really close to the Vaporetto stops, the promenade and location next to St Zaccaria dock, church, and square and the centre. The room was neat and what's more - included a heated floor and a bidet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had an own bathroom. Every staff member was exceptional and incredible. The service was first-class, that made the hotel stunningly beautiful place. I really enjoyed the stay here.

Friendly and cute venue, unbeatable location close enough to main attractions, almost next to piazza San Marco, and museums, appreciated our stay. The classic double room was cosy with very good housekeeping services, a huge circular bed a spa bath, for example. The breakfast choices were particularly nice and gorgeous with bacon and tea or coffee, for instance.

The morning breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs and bacon, as for instance.

The venue was centrally set in a very popular area. There were several restaurants and great restaurants nearby. The hotel provided an incredible breakfast with a birthday treat and scrambled eggs and bacon.

All the staff members are extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast has plentiful options with a birthday treat, bacon, sausages.

This hotel is centrally located away from the Lagoon. I have stayed in the junior suite with a view of the lagoon.

The place was fabulous and comfortable and the staff were pleasant, the location was stunning in the outdoor restaurant instead. The breakfast was reasonably good, the drinks were complementary. My stay was absolutely amazing here.

All in all everything was good, had a wonderful stay on a short business trip. The room was unique and neat, could see the city from the window. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was outstanding.

I went on a weekend and everything here was perfect. The breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was kept stocked. The location was excellent and beautiful for me as it was short walk to the Venice lagoon, the promenade and location next to St Zaccaria dock, church, and square, and right at the San Zacharia water bus. Loved this old-fashioned hotel, would recomand.

The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and good sized especially with lagoon view. The location in a very popular area was particularly good and there were the main shopping centre and a market nearby.

We were there for 3 days, everything was good, loved its marvellous and brilliant location adjacent to main grand canal, the church, and which was special. A good choice of food items served for enjoyable breakfast. The service was first-class, including a quick check-in. Boat transfer from the airport was a great plus.

The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish, would recommend. Everything was well-maintained during 3 days, appreciated its breathtaking and cute location near to all the waterbus stops, front boats, taxi boats and gondolas and San Zaccaria/San Marco vaporetto stop. My classic double room was cool and warm in venetian design. The breakfast was particularly nice on the water; the staff was cheerful.

The rooms were luxurious and bright with 3 amazing balconies, a complimentary bottle, for instance, I truly enjoyed that. The breakfast was reasonably good and lovely with view of the canal and a birthday treat, for instance, and had all you need.

Greatly enjoyed our warm room with lagoon view and the classic-style building. The hotel was centrally located near all the attractions, vapporato, ferries, water taxis all on the doorstep, classy restaurant, and two bridges from St Mark's. Besides, it was easy to get to a cathedral church.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Unique and neat rooms have a Venetian design. The customer service is first-class, they offer shuttle to the airport. In fact, there is very good internet.

Location just next door to central for good transfer around Venice as well as numerous vaporetto stops serving all of Venice. Reasonably priced, recently refurbished and large room with a view.

Fairly clean and delightful accom with unbeatable location not far from named Fur, vaporetti stops, and transport links. Delightful experience and agreeable and obliging staff. Luxurious and bright room, with climate control and a storage. Healthy food in the restaurant for breakfast on the water. An exceptional service and reasonably good and lovely breakfast. This venue offered boat transfer too.

I greatly enjoyed the stay. Reasonably priced place, had a perfect stay in February. Wake-up service, available in my classic double room, was a nice bonus. It overlooked the canal and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was centrally located in St Marks square. Besides, a historic bridge was 1 km away from the property.

Incredible central location and plentiful breakfast. 15 km from Marco Polo airport. Extremely pleasant and air conditioned rooms, stunningly beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets.

The hotel was centrally located very close to a cathedral church. It was a lovely area in front of a ferry port. The breakfast was nice and delicious with many options, and reasonably priced.

Had really nice stay in February. I had the classic double room which was newly renovated and good sized with a balcony. Really enjoyed the restaurant with excellent varied menu.

Loved our weekend here and will definitely visit place next time. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good. Boat transfer from the airport was most appreciated.

The property was superb. The view of the lagoon from the room was fabulous. The hotel was ideally placed. As picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Trattoria Zaccaria couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

The hotel was SUPERB and the stuff was helpful. Ideally located venue. Really great location. We will be back. We appreciated the lagoon view from the hotel.
