Spotless and large units available with a lovely view and balcony.

The venue's position was very central. The staff were caring, the beds were comfortable, and the room was exquisite. In general the service was very good.

Luxurious and tidy place, unbelievable view of the sunset. Delightful food, very professional staff at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk. Best possible location, next door to a museum and a cathedral. Fabulous area.

The restaurant was excellent for breakfast here, I had special dishes. The location in an amazing area was magnificent and there were a market and shops nearby.

Charming old and excellent quality hotel with unbelievable view at sunset. Well-trained staff, generous and freshly cooked choice for breakfast. Central location - next door to a museum and a cathedral. Really enjoyed fabulous area.

Super and supportive staff at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk and stunning location make it a great choice! There's Hard Rock Cafe around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. The breakfast is delightful and great, offered with wine and yet another beautiful view of the Grand Canal, for instance and served in the restaurant.

My room was great value for money and newly renovated with a view over the sea. The breakfast was varied and consisted of outstanding meals. Had unbeatable and magnificent location in the restaurant which again was delivered to a high standard.

The location turned out to be glorious. The breakfast of our place was varied for coffee & tea, truly enjoyed it. The hotel employees were patient.

It was an ideal and glorious location right by the Gondola Rides on the Grand Canal, the Opera House open for touring and gondolas out front, Bridge of Sighs/Doges Palace/San Marco Piazza all a very short walk away. My room was good value for money and brand-new with a marble bathroom.

The breakfast is savoury and varied, available with a stunning view and the scrambled eggs, for example. The venue is placed in a very central position by water taxi directly to Danieli's own landing.

Had amazing stay of three nights. I ate at a fantastic restaurant for breakfast.

Extravagant classy hotel with fairly friendly staff at both the reception desk and the Concierge desk. Magnificent and particularly good location to Marco Polo airport, just 19 minutes by car. Excellent restaurant, for breakfast.

The location was wonderful and the room was silent. Moreover, the area was amazing. We ate at a fantastic restaurant at the top floor with an open terrace and a beautiful view of the lagoon front and the islands. We had a spectacular view at sunset and a super bed.

The location was premier and excellent, very close to bus stop, water taxis, gondolas, all the great shops and the freelance Water Taxi. Found a cathedral church, it's within easy walking distance of the hotel.

It's magnificent hotel and spacious, with terrific staff and super location to go over one bridge to arrive at St Mark's Square.

Magnificent and good location in the piano bar of an evening, all was outstanding. And we were just next door to Venice-Hotel Danieli, gondola rides, and the main canal in Venice.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The staff is competent, the breakfast rich, the location is glorious just next door to the hotels own Water Taxi which costs 180 Euros compared to the freelance Water Taxi which charges 70 Euros as well as St Mark's Square. The units are tastefully decorated, a nice size. The rooftop bar offers savoury drinks.

The location is excellent and beautiful as it's close to the Jewish ghetto, Rialto bridge and other direction to Via Garibaldi and both 10 +, while Danieli a 4. Gelateria Sommariva with coffee & goodies is 100 metres walk away.

The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped and had a Venetian decor.

All is very good, I had a nice easter. The rooms offered are great value and updated with a balcony, a bathroom and lagoon view. The location is unbeatable and excellent, 1 km from a grand showpiece square. Btw, it's set in the crowded area. This is a hotel go-to for Venice!

It was in an excellent location with a cathedral church nearby.

I was offered a room with fantastic views of the sea. Its location was central, an easy walk to Saint Mark's Square. Appetising dishes were served at the rooftop restaurant.

The hotel was perfect with excellent employees at the reception desk. Stunningly beautiful building, good location adjacent to the famous Bridge of Sighes and Venice and the Grand Canal. Besides, easy access to Saint Mark's Square.

Overall it was an amazing stay during a business trip and corporate event. The breakfast was savoury and free with view all over Venice; and the staff was affable. The location was good and stunning, steps away from Saint Mark's Square.

Good value for money and brand-new hotel room with a very big bed and marble bathroom.

Spacious and tidy hotel, location was amazing just off the memorial is very poignant and the Jewish ghetto, where the memorial is very poignant. Savoury and rich breakfast, lots of meals. Knowledgeable staff, easy check-in and fabulous bar.

I was offered a room with PANORAMIC views of the sunset. The location was ideal and glorious for my stay, 100 metres from Riva degli Schiavoni. Further, it was very close to Terrazza restaurant, private water taxi and the Opera House open for touring.

Greatly enjoyed the hotel, it is magnificent and tidy, has unbeatable and super location in the Excelsior tower for three days. The room was opulent with a big bathroom, and the breakfast was delightful and great. The restaurant had plenty of fresh meals for breakfast.

The hotel's location was stunning, close to ferries, the historical attractions and the palace. It also was near mark's square.

It has unbeatable and premier location for visiting Doge's Palace.

Quite rude staff!

The rooms were luxury with a big bathroom and less stunning views plus balcony and the breakfast was rich. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Doge's Palace. The hotel was placed 15 km away from the airport.
