Lovely views especially at sunset from perfectly clean and silent rooms. Excellent service and great value.

We had an amazing stay at this small hotel.

The staff was very attentive, the accommodation was quaint and fairly clean. The food was outstanding, I enjoyed yoghourt, pastries, croissants, and jam for breakfast. The setting was perfect, near hospitals and government buildings as well as close to galleries. Dined at Ristorante San Trovaso, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and air conditioned and include coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. The breakfast is great and offers yoghourt, pastries, croissants, and jam. It boasts perfect, unbeatable location so close to galleries and other "artsy" shops and a charming canal.

Extremely comfy bed, immaculately clean bathroom and central heating, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. The breakfast with made to order coffee. Marvellous and beautiful location in a cute artsy area of Venice in a beautiful area.

Polite staff, excellent services, and incredible location not far from water taxis and the Academia bridge, a bridge over the grand canal, and the next vaporetto station. Immaculately clean rooms and hypoallergenic pillows.

We booked a double room with a view and greatly enjoyed it. In general the service was decent! Location: the hotel was not far from the Grand Canal from San Marco and Very close to Peggy Guggenheim gallery.

Location: the property was short walk to Salute vaporetto station, Peggy Guggenheim Art Collection/Museum and all major sights in Venice.

I had a nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was amazing next to the Piazza San Marco, condela across the main channel and Close to water bus. The breakfast had a great selection of options: coffee, yoghourt, pastries, croissants, and jam.

central location was a plus. besides, the area was nice enough, next to san gregorio. all in all we liked new-fashioned room with toiletries, a larger bathroom, a perfect bed. pastries, croissants and jam were a stand out.

My double room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast: pastries, croissants and yoghourt were all perfect. The view was great, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Caring staff created a quiet atmosphere.

We spend out time very nicely in this cozy hotel. Nice interior design. The breakfast looked tasty, unfortunately we didn't have time. We really loved it.

This hotel was vacation base for exploring Venice, greatly enjoyed it.

We dined at Taverna San Trovaso, that is just 600 feet away. Enjoyed the location close to a port...

We could visit everything we needed like st mark's basilica as it was within short walking distance to the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose locanda ca' zose. Castello district won't disappoint you. Honestly nothing bothered us.
