Perfect hotel and public parking, great location in fact when we got off the water taxi. Modern room, themed with single beds, the shower from the loo, for instance, outstandingly accommodating staff.

The breakfast has satisfactory options with an unsmiling grudgring waitress and good coffee, as example.

Particularly good and stunning location, 15 minutes' walk to The Beatles Story Museum. The deluxe room with the shower from the loo and " baroque " style.

Excellent value for money hotel, had a very very good stay for a night. The breakfast was fresh made, had a wide array of options. The bedroom was great-sized and themed. Excellent staff were happy to help as usual. The venue was in a very central location just off Close to the Rialto bridge, restaurants, goldola & things to do and vaporetto stop.

All in all it was outstanding value for money, considering prices in Venice. View was magnificent, breakfast was gorgeous, and beds were good. We had the standard room it was compact. There was an exceptionally clean. Hotel's location was excellent, close to a water bus stop. Had brunch in the Osteria al Squero, located nearby.

Didn't like the area, it was disgusting.

Value for price contrasted with other options. Thoroughly enjoyed the brilliant meals and lovely breakfast. Its service was excellent.

Marvellous and unbeatable location with parking nearby. Very easy to get from Marco Polo airport, just 0.5 km. Spotless units and amazingly nice staff on check-out. Exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

The location of the hotel in Venice is magnificent and wonderful, so close to pier, beautiful Venice and Close to all entertainment. San Marco is a district that deserves exploring. It offers freshly prepared breakfasts by an unsmiling grudgring waitress.

Got all I wanted, value for price. I had a really great stay at this nice little hotel. Everything was very good as expected, however the bathroom was a little tired. Great and unbeatable location very close to water taxi stop was a plus. Café Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The restaurant was good for excellent inexpensive food and good service, we ordered amazing dishes. Really enjoyed great views. It was in a magnificent location with a grand opera house nearby.

There was no lift which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Quirky small hotel, magnificent views, perfect location in a quite alley. Location not far from the main atraction in Venice, vaporetto and attractions and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Gelateria igloo nearby.

I booked immaculately clean and compact room with single beds. The location was great and unbeatable, close to campo Manin. Moreover, it was not far from all entertainment, San Marco and the waterbus and the Rialto Bridge.

It is all in all brilliant value for money. It is a beautiful old and quaint property located in San Marco district just next door to public transport, the Rialto Bridge and San Marco and Rialto bridge and San Marco square. Ideal location in general, immensely pleasant staff on check-out.

The rooms were spotless and air-conditioned with single beds and the beds were good. The team provided an excellent service. The location was particularly good and incredible - ease of access to Fortuny Palace Museum.
