The provided service was terrific. We booked a tastefully decorated room with nice views and balloons.

The place is spectacular and fairly clean, everything is wonderful, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The rooms are beautiful and gorgeous, with exceptionally comfortable beds.

This hotel was located in a central area close to a vaporetto stop in Grand Canal, major attractions and the nice seafood restaurants. Plus, we stayed just a short walk away from a grand showpiece square. We had the superior king room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location was amazing right at the doorstep making transporting around in the public water taxis very convenient and the staff here was efficient and attentive. Again, a classical 17th - century palace was close. Had the premium king room and it was light filled and great-sized with terrace.

The staff was efficient, some of them especially. The hotel's location was stunning and fantastic in cafe. What's more, it was adjacent to shopping, restaurants, water taxi and water bus and the vaporetto stop.

our stay there was perfect. courtyard was perfect for a breakfast. the room was large and with comfortable beds. the location was marvellous and decent, you can visit a baroque church by walking.

The breakfast is VERY GOOD, the room is air-conditioned. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. For lunch or dinner go to Al Vaporetto, located right by the hotel.

Wanted to explore Venice and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Services included free WiFi.

Ristorante Rosa Rossa was 10 mins walk away. A private kitchen available. Great location of Grand Canal, near the hotel. There was a ferry port close by.
