We were there for 3 nights, overall had a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean and modest with a spotlessly clean bath.

Truly enjoyed this small hotel, and we would stay here again. Stayed here with our partner and everything was great. The staff were polite and really kind and offered guidance. The venue was in a central location really close to the market and train station, and train station and big supermarkets such as "Billa " & "In-coop ".

Easy location not far from lots of shops, and nice restaurants and beautiful places. For tea or coffee visit Cookie Creations nearby.

Intimate accommodation, excellent co-operating stuff, STUNNING location in a nice neighborhood in Venice. Modest double room like in the picture. Complimentary wireless internet, coffee, and an air conditioner where convenient. Public parking nearby provided. Everything perfect.

The venue is clean, with magnificent location right by the train station and a big street as well as big supermarkets such as "Billa " & "In-coop ". The staff are welcoming and accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

You guys made my stay perfect 10/10! Clean place and unbeatable location, appreciated so very friendly staff. I booked a room with a comfy bed, free wireless internet, coffee, and climate control.

I had quite comfortable days staying at this small hotel. It was clean, and the people were welcoming.

The venue was well-organized and lovely small, I liked the stay and the location was excellent near to the train station and a big street, the city center and Piazza San Marco.

Pleasant, very kind staff, magnificent location adjacent to the center of the city, and water bus and airport taxi boat service. Also, quite near to the waterbus stop.

Super-friendly people working here, cute little place. Modest rooms with separate beds, and reasonably priced restaurant. Plenty of different bars and bakeries to eat outside the hotel.

Amazing location easy to access from the main train station, excellent co-operating staff, everything was perfect. Had modest, air conditioned room that was cleaned daily including fresh towels. Coffee and climate control were standard, but I enjoyed that.

Location: the hotel was just next door to many restaurants, big supermarkets such as "Billa " & "In-coop " and the bus station or the train station. Cannaregio district was worth exploring. My double room was air-conditioned and good sized...

The hotel's location was central, next to the main pedestrian street in Venice. The room was impeccably clean and modest in general, with put 2 single beds together.

A straightforward hotel, my first choice in Venice. Clean place & accommodating staff. Brilliant and awesome location quite near to the waterbus stop and really quiet area. Comfy rooms with beautiful decoration.

we had queen room with a shared bathroom. the bed seemed comfortable and it was fairly clean all around.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them.

The location was awesome, within walking distance of a historic casino. The room we booked was quiet with delightful decorations.

It's excellent base for visiting some must see attractions in Venice. The hotel was located in a good place, near a train station.
