We asked for the quadruple room in a double bed and it was ready when arrived. The location was perfect and incredible there, in the center of Venicel a superette nearby. In general the service was very good! The staff were all very amiable and responsive.

The hotel is at 0.5 km distance from the airport. A small double room with a bath tab has basic facilities you need.

Had guest room with a warm atmosphere and wake-up service was available in it. The staff were extremely helpful and well experienced and the location was absolutely perfect near everything.

In overall, the place is intimate, has supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location is great and handy as it's next to all major sights as well as Burano. Castello district won't disappoint you.

Had enjoyable stay overall, truly exceptional place and the weather was lovely. Hotel's breakfast was varied, included bangers and cakes. The location was absolutely perfect - right by the ferry boat and landmarks and transport and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Castello district.

Overall - charming small place with fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. Compact room and fashionable with a warm atmosphere.

The location was magnificent and perfect, close to everything in Venice and the interior design was excellent. The room was very well decorated and well-appointed with an authentic touch of venice and they provided wake-up service when I asked.

The breakfast was gluten free with many fruits! The location was magnificent and unbeatable - a short walk to restaurants and bars. We could drink something at Lockhouse, located 1 km away.

Marvellous and brilliant location on the water bus and easy access to interesting independent shops and a supermarket. Easy walk to a quaint bookshop.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met requests. Very caring staff was willing to help as usual. The breakfasts here were nice hot with every taste and generous bowl and a bowl of fresh mixed cut fruit.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, everything was very good. The rooms were well heated and reasonably large and view on inner courtyard was amazing. Small restaurant served authentic specialities.

Easy check-in, magnificent and unbeatable location right by vaporetto and supermarket, and the Rialto Bridge and San Marcos Square. Besides, very convenient to St Mark's Basilica.

Thanks everyone for a real good stay during Venice vacation in December. The location was unbeatable and incredible, near the main attractions so easy to go around, in the secure area. Café Cafe Florian located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We booked small double room and could use wake-up service, available in it. We had a tiny bedroom and there was a delightful view of street from its window.

By and large, it was beautifully decorated and delightful place with exceptional staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous, for example, an ornate footbridge was relatively near the hotel.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for 2-3 nights. The personnel was pleasant and accommodating, we all felt really comfortable. We had the single room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. A tasty continental breakfast was a plus;))

I loved the room; it was immaculate with a good bathroom and minibar plus tea. The location was best possible, just a short walk away from a wide canal.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and best possible - not too far from an art museum. And a short walk to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. The rooms were spotless and practical with a private balcony and a GOOD bathroom.

perfect breakfast, helpful workers. if you don't want to go far from the hotel, try ristorante marco polo, which is 900 ft away. we appreciated the fact that there were heating and a kettle in the room. tourist destinations like st mark's basilica were right by the venue.
