I had very nice days staying at this family-friendly hotel. I appreciated to be here, everything was really perfect. Best staff, as it had to be. The location was magnificent and beds were very clean. Furthermore, the area was crowded.

Separate bedroom. Plenty of options, excellant food. Perfect and excellent location in a busy area, adjacent to the train station or bus stops as well as a major canal, great location, near the railway station, Piazzale Roma, and ferrovia.

Overall it was lovely and good, with a private bathroom. There was a magnificent view of street. Brilliant and awesome location so close to main bus stop, met expectation. Besides, there was an innovative gallery, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the property.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's beautifully designed and the location is excellent to many many restaurants. The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, the rooms were airy. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was excellent. Had an amazing stay here.

The hotel has best and efficient staff. This venue offers decent sized and nicely furnished rooms with a really nice bathroom.

Unbeatable and super location in the great area, really close to buses to/from the airport, the train station and the vaparetto water buses and fine restaurants. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Staines Moor Country Park.

I was upgraded to a spotless and airy room with very comfy bed. The breakfast was great with coeliacs-omelets, pastries, cheese and had something for everyone.

Make sure you stay in the superior double room with very comfy bed. There is a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating - that's always a plus. The hotel provided an excellent customer service during our trip. It offers fast check-in. The location is amazing and incredible and the food is brilliant.

The venue was lovely small, I loved the stay and the location was stunning short walk to the bridge from the train station, train station and buses and the grand canal right across from the train station and the vaparetto water buses. The hotel offered a great breakfast with cakes, meats and croissants. It was a really amazing stay, people were very pleasant and incredibly welcoming.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with great air conditioning; everyone is welcome here.

Fairly clean place with super staff members and street views. Brilliant and super location in Venice, close enough to St Mark's Square, and right opposite Venezia St Lucia Railway Station.

The location was in an amazing spot for our trip. It was easy to find, as it's near a train station.

Location - amazing, short walk to the airport, a bridge from the train station, vaporetto stop and water taxi, and the grand Canal and a short walk over a bridge from the main railway station. Nearby Bar Mirabar - great place to chill out.

If I visit Venice again will be back. The location great for Santa Croce district, it is just next door to water taxis, restaurants, shops and connections to the airport as well as bus station for airport transfers. All the staff members are incredibly welcoming and exceptional.

Beautifully designed and superior hotel located in a nice area just next door to the frequent water buses, wonderful restaurants and airport bus stop. Brilliant and good meals. Excellent service, airy superior double room with kitchenette and balloons.

The experience was really amazing, will be back. We were there for 2 days, everything was outstanding, loved its marvellous location close enough to vaporetto and water, the train station and the vaparetto water buses, and fine restaurants. Our room was spotless and airy with a balcony and soundproof windows. The breakfast was great for coeliacs-omelets, the staff was exceptional!

Had the superior queen room which was airy with kitchenette and lounge. The location was particularly good and stunning, we were around 4-6 minutes' walk from the heart of Venice. Had brunch in the Bar Mirabar, located nearby.

Excellent and particularly good location, it was so close to Venice at night and water taxis, restaurants, shops and connections to the airport. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Riolfo Sergio that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I stayed in this superior hotel for 2 days, had wonderful experience, loved its stunning location next to the Rialto bridge and St Marc's Square, the railway station, Piazzale Roma and a boat stop. The staff were all exceptional, and the room was spotless and airy with very comfy bed. The service here was fantastic. The property offered a bar in the reception.

This hotel had a central position on the waterside. The room was neat and bright and had a great view of the city.

I spent 3 nights and would return here. The trendy boutique hotel was exceptional. The room was elegant and immaculate, included central heating, a work desk and a television with satellite channels. The staff were constantly accommodating and caring. The location was amazing and brilliant, just a short walk away from V-a-c Foundation. This venue was in a nice enough area not far from connections to the airport, the Grand Canal, and the train station.

Stunning location in a NICE and quiet area, and 15 minute walk from Jewish Ghetto. Based near buses, the airport and Venice. Spotless and airy room overall. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the bed was very comfy.
