Fantastic location so close to restaurants and bars and Campo San Barnaba with private parking. Tasty and plentiful breakfast with eggs and bacon, an international food plus a view of the Acadamia Bridge, competent personnel.

The breakfast was savoury and plentiful with lots of excellent food. The location was excellent and beautiful, by the valporetto stop, in the nice quiet area.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.

Location: unbeatable and excellent, near the main square, a spectacular restaurant and San Marco and the Rialto. Huge and spotless units available with a balcony and good soundproofing.

Had an excellent stay for Four nights. The location was marvellous and stunning, with a bus station next to the hotel. Plus it was in a relatively quiet area. The staff were supper friendly and the breakfast was tasty and amazing for all tastes.

The location turned out to be incredible, very close to the local public transport and a vaporetto stop giving excellent access by water bus directly from the airport or train station. Booked a room with such gloriously powerful ac.

I had very clean bed and rugs in the beautifully decorated and well-equipped. I had a savoury breakfast with stunning view on Canal Grande. Most of the staffs were hard-working. The location was perfect and incredible - so close to the Water taxi stand, and venice for many years.

Central location next to the water bus or a lovely own water dock. Huge and spotless units with bedroom, comfortable bed and a balcony.

The venue was set in the central position really close to less trod and more' Venetian' areas as well as the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetti/waterbus stop. The breakfasts were delicious and marvellous with stunning view and cappuccino and an international food.

The accommodation was modern with hard-working and responsive staff. The breakfast was nice hot for all tastes and the food was good. I was pleased with very efficient service. Moreover, parking was nearby.

The breakfast was tasty for all tastes and had plenty of food. Good and fantastic location, it was near to a private water taxi, a church converted to an interesting “ museum ” housing models of Da Vinci's brilliant inventions, and the touristic place in a 10 minutes.

The breakfast is very tasty and fresh bread, pastries, fruit, eggs, and bacon are DELICIOUS. The location is great and stunning, 1 km from San Marco.

It was immaculately clean, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant, plus the service was exceptional.

The location is marvellous, a bus stop is next to the venue. The units were a decent size with the loft bedroom.

Beautiful location and knowledgeable and attentive staff were a definite plus. Furthermore, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal. We had the superior double room with a very clean bed.

Particularly good location, Marco Polo airport was 15 km away. There was a nice restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. We had a tasty and delicious breakfast for all tastes, for all tastes.

Overall it was large with a balcony. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around San Marco. The hotel was in a surprisingly quiet area, short walk to a vaporetto stop and easy walking all over Dorsoduro, the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Marcus piazza -the two main tourist destinations, and the train station.

I ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows were very clean. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Venice.

I came to Venice for a longer stay - everything was great. The breakfast was tasty and eggs, fruit, pastries, bacon and fresh bread were available. The location was central, spectacular very close to Venezia's downtown.

I loved the breakfast choices, they were savoury. The standard double room was unique with a view over the canale grande, so that guests had essentials. The location was unbeatable and stunning, within easy walking distance of a main street.

The staff were efficient and accommodating and kept the place clean. The location was brilliant, close to Museo Leonardo da Vinci. Plus, it was near the Grand Canal, and St Marks square.

Their staff were a bit rude.

Had standard queen room with wake-up service available in it. The location was stunning, at a walking distance from a grand opera house.

The junior suite was cosy and delightful with well equipped bathroom, a balcony plus coffee machine. The staff was competent.

We had a such great stay, loved the city and hotel and would love to come back. The location was marvellous and brilliant and the room was clean. We dined at a small nearby restaurant with local dishes.

Even though everything was great, some of the staff were kind of rude.

Hotel is great, fantastic location, friendly staff. Private bathrooms, that included a hydro massage bathtub, were cleaned daily. Characterful base for a 3-night stay.
