Quirky hotel with well experienced team from cleaners to receptionists. Well-appointed room facing the lagoon. Bonus point for a fireplace, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker. Magnificent location close to historic centre and nice quiet area.

The room was big and had marble bathroom plus coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. The location was great and fab, right next to the Arsenale Vaporetto stop, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Plus, it was right by the most elegant promenade from San Marco to the Arselenale.

The room is well-organised and there are outstanding views over the bay. The hotel provided a perfect customer service during our trip.

I asked for double room and it was brand-new with epic views across the lagoon.

All the employees were friendly efficient and wonderfully helpful. The room was a nice size with a half bathroom. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble.

Amazing and brilliant location in a crowded area just off a vaporetto stop, Venice and the islands and the Biennale sites at Giardini. Again, walking distance to a byzantine shipyard.

The room we booked was brand-new and beautifully maintained with view of the lagoon. The breakfast meal was freshly prepared with excellent cakes and yogurts, as for instance.

The hotel had indeed a perfect and exceptionally nice location out on the harbour. Stayed in double room with a bath which was perfect for me.

The breakfast choices are gorgeous and very very good with hard boiled eggs, cheeses, yogurts.

Really had enjoyable stay for 4 nights. Spotlessly clean place with very attentive and thoughtful staff and delightful view of the sun rising above the lagoon from our bedroom windows. Excellent central location and freshly prepared breakfast.

The deluxe queen room is compact and has coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a study table. The breakfast is DELICIOUS and the staff is exceptional, polite.

Location just off a water bus stop, many attractions and St Mark's Square and all of the wonderful historic buildings. Nearby El Refolo - great place to chill out. Functional and big rooms with marble bathrooms and coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge.

the place was just 1 mile from basilica san marco. we greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose bucintoro.
