Fantastic location for visiting restaurants and cafes. Situated only 1 km from a wide canal.

Well, it was a great stay on this visit.

The weather was pleasant, had just perfect stay on this visit. The provided breakfast was enjoyable with tea or coffee, croissants, bread rolls. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, near train station, in the very pleasant area. Btw, we admired a landmark bridge, based at a short distance from the hotel.

The hotel has great and stunning location very close to vaporetto at the end of the Grand Canal as well as all tourist spots. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Santa Croce district.

Quirky and fairly clean place with very pleasant staff from the different receptionists as well as the other staff who were helpful when required. Cool drinks and coffee and cereals. A particularly good location short walk from restaurants and eateries. It also was walk from a lagoon and a garden.

The hotel had a central setting in a lovely town square. Further, it was really close to the Bus station, rail station, and people mover for cruise ships, and bigger boats and more outside space.

We needed to have view.

I booked silent double room here with AC, hairdryer, hot breakfast. The location was unbeatable, relatively near a soaring Gothic church. Besides, I were short walk from restaurants and eateries.

Tidy and quaint little property with enjoyable continental breakfasts and very very helpful staff. Perfect location around 10-15 minutes walk from San Marco.

Liked the place, had a very nice stay on this visit. We stayed in a new-fashioned small double room with AC, perfect WiFi, as example.

The property was quaint little and we had a very nice stay. It was in the central location at about 15 minutes walk from the Piazzale Roma where the bus terminal is located.

It was fairly clean, staff was very pleasant. Everything was great, but a few employees were unwelcoming. The service was great, that made the hotel excellent little place. The ambience was quiet.

The room was good value. I had a good breakfast with fab coffee and cereals. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The breakfast was satisfactory with juices, croissants, yogurts, and the restaurant was lovely. The location was quiet and handy, you can visit a beautiful baroque church by walking.

Modest, low cost property. Excellent location with a bus stop walk from the hotel. Walking distance to a bakery and chemist's across the street. Wonderful breakfast with tea or coffee and exceptionally nice staff.

Silent king room with breakfast, quiet atmosphere. Good selection at breakfast including coffee and cereal. Good and magnificent location, just a short stroll away from a wide canal.

My stay was great here. Stayed for 3 nights in this quiet little and pleasant place, enjoyed that. The staff was polite & welcoming.

The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from an imposing Gothic-style church. Area is good and next to a waterbus, on the grand canal, a couple of minutes walk away, all tourist spots and airport👌👍😃
