The place is exceptional and immaculately clean, it offers enjoyable breakfast and unbeatable location easy to get to by private water taxi from airport. The room is soundproof and romantic, the staff are fabulously helpful people at the reception desk. It has unique interior design and particularly nice view of the skyline of Venice.

The breakfast is delicious and the staff is amicable. The room is beautifully maintained, functional comes with the bathroom and lovely antique furnishings. The hotel provided an outstanding customer service during our trip. Moreover, private parking is provided on-site.

Everything was very easy, exemplary service, stunning location near to a beautiful restored palace with all of the modern conveniences, the campanile, and the campo Santa Maria Formosa, about 5 minutes walk from St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge.

The staff was fantastically friendly and affable, gave advice about the city. The bar served a good choice of meals for breakfast.

Wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, everything is great. The standard room is functional, we also really enjoyed cute views. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom is luxury.

There were comfortable beds and a separate lounge and a coffeemaker inside the room. Everything was modern, and the breakfast was complimentary with possibly the best scrambled eggs I have ever experienced in my well-travelled life. The location was comfortable, by private water taxi right at the front door, convenient to go everywhere.

Fabulous base for celebrating birthday, has cute view of the skyline of Venice. The hotel has a very central location close to Rialto bridge. Btw, it's set in Castello district short walk to a cruise ship in the middle of the Med, and all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms are fabulous and absolutely perfect and they have a TV area, a coffee maker, and a closet space. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is courteous and very kind.

The breakfast is impeccable, offered with pastries and porridge with honey, for example.

The rooms offered are romantic and brand-new with sculptures and plenty of storage space plus cealing marble bathroom. The location is perfect and comfortable and the food is tasty.

It is a stunningly beautiful and impressive property located in Castello district not far from which is arguably the best location in Venice, great restaurants and bars nearby and water taxi from the car park of San Marco. The rooms are immaculate and impressive, with a small balcony, a separate lounge, and a minibar. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is fresh.

The accommodation was immaculately clean, the room was well furnished and brand-new. The staff were knowledgeable and the setting was perfect and efficient. This hotel was in a largely residential area. Our food was tasty, appreciated it.

Very good customer service, including delicious and enjoyable breakfasts with sausages and from the rows of enormous plants stretching across 2 sides, for example. Perfect and efficient location quite close to everything and easy access to small supermarkets and a small supermarket. Plus, walking distance to Teatro Malibran.

Actually, the room was nicely furnished and brand-new, it also had a shower and two sinks. The hotel was in a central location in an adorable neighbourhood. Plus, it was so close to murano glass factory and San Marco.

I got free of charge and delicious breakfasts with cereals and jasmine, as for instance. Had very good sized and well-kept room complete with rain shower, a lovely king sized bed, for instance. This accommodation was in the central location to everything you want to see.

The restaurant here was welcoming for lunch or dinner, we both ordered special dishes. The location was perfect and convenient for walking around a Gothic church. Very good service was provided.

Impressive, fabulous rooms provided with a great view out to St Marks Basilica as well as Spa Bath.

The location is marvellous, it's in Castello district near the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square, the Island of Murano and Campo Santa Maria Formosa and Campo Santa Marina. Its rooms are gorgeous, had a fantastic stay for 2 nights.

The hotel's position was marvellous, adjacent to local restaurants, allofwhich were good and within 5 minutes walk, and all the major attractions.

Had wonderful stay for two nights and the weather was lovely. The hotel's location was perfect and efficient, to the cruise port with small supermarkets and a small supermarket within walking distance. Castello district was worth staying in.

Everything is wonderful here, had a really great stay for 2 nights. A suite for our needs has basic facilities you need. Great restaurant, DELICIOUS food, people working here are courteous. The location is stunning, 1 km from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a main street was stunning and brilliant. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.
