Convenient and clean affordable hotel. Great location and very close to a railway station. Nestled very close to wine bars and restaurants.

Offers newly renovated rooms with comfortable design. Nice touch to have a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It has marvellous location really close to public transport and grand canal, central area and both the train station and all other transportation.

The rooms with a terrace. The quiet feel of the place and central location. Besides, very convenient to Thomas Cubitt Statue.

The location was peaceful - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Our breakfast was marvellous with pastries, cheese plus food and drinks.

Everything was fantastic, personnel was extremely helpful. We had a very good bedroom. Central location just next door to train station and vaperreto stop, a back alley and transport and inconvenience of costatly in crowds of people all the time, loved it. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Cannaregio district.

The location of the hotel was central, really close to transport including vaporetto, train station and canal and airport shuttle. The room was a nice size and newly remodelled with balcony and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful, the grounds were neat. The hotel room was beautifully decorated with a new mattress, a recently renovated bathroom plus en-suite bath. The location was easy and convenient, just next door to train station and vaperreto stop and vaporetto and train station.

It's perfect little hotel, everything was great. Very pleasant staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere. I would love to come back here some time, liked great stay.

The location was convenient and handy, close to the train station, so it was really easy to travel around. This hotel was set in a very beautiful area. The breakfast was marvellous and fine, with nice selection of croissants, scrambled eggs, and bangers.

Cannaregio district is worth seeing. They have an Irish bar. It is undoubtedly a lovely little and well priced option when you are in Venice.

This was my brilliant stay during winter time. The location was convenient, right by nice area, transport and inconvenience of costatly in crowds of people all the time and both the train station, in a very beautiful area. Visited a landmark bridge, located within a close distance from the venue.

It is a wonderful little property located in Cannaregio district short walk to the train station & other public transportation, and the Grand Canal. The employees are all amicable and super-friendly. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, the check in is early.

All in all everything was perfect, had a fairly nice stay during winter time. The hotel's location was very central, in overall everything was ok. Further, it was near to the Central train station and water taxi, all tourist attractions and the bus stop.

The staff was polite and accommodating, the accommodation was quaint and fairly clean. We stayed in the double room and loved it. The hotel restaurant was good. The stay was comfortable; nothing too much trouble.

Tbh, had a BRILLIANT stay during winter time. Recently refurbished units like in the picture, we appreciated it. Central location of this trendy boutique hotel was a bonus. The restaurant was good and well priced, for breakfast.
