The room was well-appointed and what's more - included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. It had luxury bathroom to relax. Extremely helpful staff at the reception desk and nothing was trouble for them.

I liked that it was fairly clean and quirky, the staff were experienced and rooms were new-fashioned. The hotel was in a fantastic location, within a walk from a market and shops. And I was walk from a theatre and a palace.

Responsive stuff and a nice size rooms with fluffy towels, the bathroom, nice amenities. Very modern design.

The rooms are comfortable quiet and top-class with a great view, huge bathroom, for instance.

Last time we stopped we had a classically decorated, tidy room with amenities.

It had a marvellous location near to airport, St Marks square in one direction and the main touristic attraction in Venice. The personnel was consistently courteous.

The location was magnificent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was in a downtown area right by a canal, many restaurants serving locals, and the Rialto Bridge & San Marco Square.

Location: magnificent, short walk to both St Marks square and the Rialto bridge, a quiet canal bend bang central between the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto, and the water taxi. Plus, walking distance to Chiesa di San Zulian Church.

The location is incredible and magnificent, to boats that you reach from an airport administration. Moreover, it is so close to the centre of San Marco, the center of Venice and the extremely kind and efficient Silvia, who worked very hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.
