The staff were kind, marvellous and amazing location close to the vaparetto stop. Besides, it was just next door to the center, and vaporetto station Ca' d'Oro.

The hotel is quiet and quiet little and nestled in a pretty building. Please let the exceptional and welcoming stuff know of our gratefulness for a really great stay.

The location was particularly good and stunning, next to the railway station and San Marco square and Apostoli church, in a very very nice area. Found Mercat Bar with perfect drinks 500 metres away. My triple room was airy & beautiful. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bidet.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

The location for Venice was absolutely perfect and excellent, very close to best touristic attractions to visit nearby and how to get to the Murano and Burano islands, and Burano. Also, a quaint bookshop was situated on the doorstep.

Big size and beautiful room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Excellent facilities and comfy beds.

That was incredibly friendly hotel set in nice enough area, close to the vaparetto stop, StMarc's square, and the right opposite the church. The staff was kind plus the location was great and amazing. Our rooms were exceptionally comfortable with great views as expected. Really enjoyed the convenient interior.

I got a spotlessly clean and airy room and the staff were particularly helpful! It was in the very central location to all the main sights. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Molinari, they had some goodies, drinks.

That elevator was missing.

It was in a very central setting close to water taxi. A cool bonus was Marmi's Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We had the double room and it was airy and complete with great views. The price was £ 70. The location turned out to be great, right by main attractions.

This place is in a particularly good and stunning location close to the vaparetto stop. There is Taverna Barababao next to the hotel, had dinner there.

Little hotel located near to the railway station as well as water transport from Venice airport. The location wonderful and fantastic to everything Venice. Easy walk to Civil Hospital.

All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for three nights. The room was light and big with great views, I truly enjoyed it.

The rooms are big size and beautiful and generally offer central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location is particularly good, 1 km from an ornate footbridge.

Every time in Venice, I choose this place. Everything is excellent, truly enjoyed my time here. The staff is being excellent. The rooms are big size and light, provided with with great views. The rate is £ 73, satisfied.

The unit we got was nicely decorated and airy with great views. Location: the hotel was next to quieter than the tourist hotspots around San Marco, the main attractions, and Murano and Burano. All the staff members were fairly friendly and exceptional.
