The breakfast had nice choices, including cereals and yoghourt, sadly we were in a hurry and didn't try all of it.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and gorgeous near the airport after a delightful ride lasting about 1.5 hours, and local bars. Reasonably spacious room with view on a private garden. Satisfactory breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes.

The room was brand-new, good sized with hypoallergenic pillows. We really enjoyed a storage and two windows. Most of the staff were very professional.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous and gorgeous location not far from a romantic canal, all attractions and the Salute water bus stop. Courteous and understanding staff at all times. A huge variety of meals for breakfast, including cereals and yoghourt.

The staff was superfriendly, I'm grateful for their help. Loved the way my double room was arranged with an excellent breakfast, a good bathroom, for example. The selection of nice cereals and yoghourt was a bonus. The location was particularly good and beautiful, very close to two vaporetto stops. Had brunch in the Osteria al Squero, located nearby.

A quiet place to stay in Venice. Fab brilliant location, right by a river which one of the breakfast rooms looked out onto. Modern suite with a cupboard, view on a private garden plus very good beds.

Our big and cheap room was complete with channel view and tea making facilities plus a bathroom. The staff were courteous and the setting was marvellous. The hotel took care of the good service.

The place is bright and well-maintained. The hotel has a good and beautiful location, on the water bus. Btw, it's set in Dorsoduro district not far from San Marco square, vaporetto and areas of interest. The staff ensures you have a very nice time, they are supper friendly. All in all - had a really special 3 night stay. The location was stunning, right next to the Fondamenta Zattere. Besides, we were just off the main sites like St Marks square, the densest tourist spots, and a quiet canal.

We ate breakfast in the bar and really enjoyed cereal and yoghourt. The location was peaceful for traveling around Venice, very close to the San Marco, a beautiful area in a wonderful quiet street right by the grand canal opposite St Mark's and the densest tourist spots.

The location of this hotel not far from touristic sites, St Mark's square, and a quiet canal was perfect and excellant. After long day I visited Osteria al Squero for a couple of drinks. Truly enjoyed having a storage and a closet space in the good-sized room. The food was great, included cereal and yoghourt.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a new area, really close to the ferry to St Marks Square and nice areas for a quiet evening walk along the waterfront. The location in an upscale area was good and unbeatable. And it was not too far from Restaurant la caravella, ate there couple of times. I was given new-fashioned and recently renovated room with a bathroom as well as a private garden.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. The restaurant was good, I ordered delicious dishes.

Think that this quaint and amazing hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Please let the efficient staff know of our gratefulness for a really really nice stay. Overall fab food, plus there is Corner Pub close by.

Overall, it's good base for exploring Venice attractions. It offers a stunning and brilliant location and has welcoming staff. The restaurant is great, serves excellent dishes. This is a hotel go-to for Venice!

The place was clean, I booked the suite with canal views, everything was brand-new. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, a cathedral church was at a walking distance from the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.
