Wonderful little and immaculately clean place with patient and attentive staff at reception desk.

The quadruple room was reasonably large, functional, with a neat bathroom. The continental breakfast was offered with scrambled eggs.

I got complimentary superior room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast meal was hot with delicious eggs, cereals plus cooked bacon.

Marvellous location right in the centre in a busy area. A lot of options for breakfast, fab bread, cereals, and cakes.

Everything is modern here, had a really nice stay for the service and accommodation. The view to the canal is magnificent, the room is big. It has a marvellous location right by the Rialto bridge. Also it is short walk to airport on public water taxi, alilaguna orange line and restaurants.

It has stunning very central location by restaurant underneath replenishing bottles. And its nestled in an old fashioned building not far from plenty of shopping, and a 10-minute water taxi and Marco Polo airport.

The staff were pretty friendly and the facilities provided were classic. The breakfast was warm and freshly cooked with beverages and cooked bacon, for example, and the restaurant's offer was good.

We booked great-sized classic room with 2 balconies and could use wake-up service, available in it. Fantastic location, Marco Polo airport was 0.5 km away.

We spent 3 nights in new-fashioned guest room with a view. The hotel's location was very central, to the best sights. We could also visit Holland & Barrett Pimlico.

The breakfast itself was cold, can definitely be improved.

I asked for superior room and it was newly remodelled with a nice bathroom.

The staff were very very helpful and really friendly; we had an early check-in. The breakfast was full of outstanding meals such as fresh bread, cereals, and cakes.

The classic room is cheap with a balcony, horror movie and a comfortable bed. They serve hot and fresh made breakfasts for all tastes with scrambled eggs, beverages, plates etc ready.

Busy area, very central location right by the grand canal, near restaurants and an older building, probably more than half hotels in Venice, and about 15min walk to st marks square. Early check in & the service was very good.

Had a very nice stay for the service and accommodation, everything was nice. Loved big and functional queen room on the water, felt like we were home. The location offered was great very close to Marconi and Venice and the grand canal and rialto bridge and the livable city.

This hotel was gorgeous and I would stay here again. Everything here was really good, and the weather was beautiful, really enjoyed it. The breakfast was warm and freshly cooked with cereals, jams and cooked bacon and had something for everyone. Superior room I stayed at was newly decorated on the water.

Gorgeous perfectly clean property, it has excellent staff at reception desk. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with a bath tub, balcony plus huge bathroom. The hotel offers excellent and beautiful location short walk to Venice-Venue Marconi and ten canal.

Enjoyed the quadruple room with the balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Very helpful staff and good hot breakfast with cooked egg and beverages, as example that lived up to my expectations.

The breakfast was nice hot and perfect with cakes, cooked egg plus cooked bacon, you will not be disappointed. The setting was amazing, near to all sightseeing points, near public transport and near restuarants and the grand canal and rialto bridge and the livable city.

We liked superior room with the balcony. It was absolutely spotless and everything was very good.

I was upgraded to newly decorated superior twin room with a view. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy.

The location easy to walk to the best sights was perfect. San Polo district was definitely worth visiting.

We would recommend this hotel, spent here beautiful 3 nights. Loved how charming little and upgraded the property was and its incredibly nice staff during our reservation. The breakfast was hot and perfect, the check in was early. The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to a grand showpiece square.

Its location was perfect and amazing, easy to get to from the train station. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Antico Forno to relax and grab some food. The quadruple room was functional and the bed was super.

Location: the hotel was near to the canal and Rialto Bridge. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Bar Mister Sandwich, had some food there.

Along with wonderful location we got an air-conditioned room.

One could dine at restaurants such as trattoria alla madonna 5 minutes away. We enjoyed the location, which was wonderful. We would definitely visit it again...
