The breakfast was adequate and sensational with warm croissants, good coffee plus quassant, and the team was easy going and kept the space spotlessly clean. The hotel has lovely location really close to walking distance from car park and coffee shop and St Marco Square.

Location - absolutely perfect short walk to all the major tourist points and all Venice has to offer-. Adequate and perfect breakfast with savoury products.

Sensational continental breakfast served in the terrace. The location was stunning, adjacent to the water bus stop, a quiet square very close to San Marco and both St Marks Square, in a very quiet area. Plus, The Rolling Bridge was close by.

The rooms where air conditioned, spotless, came with damask covered walls in the bedroom, TV plus safe. The breakfast was served in the cafe and the food was freshly made.

The room was well laid out and beautifully maintained with TV, liked it. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate. They offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing for free too.

Overall it was a such great stay for our two day visit. Thoroughly enjoyed freshly made food in the cafe. The accommodation had a very central location very close to the center. Also, the venue was near an innovative gallery.

The location of the hotel is stunning, very close to shops, the main tourist attraction and San Marco and the water front, surround by many restaurants and shops and a real flavour of Venice. San Marco district is worth seeing. I have to mention the adequate breakfast with very good coffee and cheese.

We really enjoyed the terrace during the breakfast. The location was particularly good and excellent, on St Mark's Square in less than a minute, and the view was particularly nice, too.

We can't recommend highly enough this hotel, it was clean and ideal. The breakfast with cheese and freshly baked croissants amongst the other offerings and good coffee was adequate.

By and large, it was charming small and quaint place with easygoing staff at the reception desk. The location was handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. Generally everything was amazing, even so the bathroom was very small.

The idea to include an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware in the suite was nice. The location was incredible and brilliant, for example, a wide canal was just a short walk away from the hotel. It was set in a very quiet area.

The location was best possible, within walking distance of an ornate footbridge. The room was very tiny, very comfy bed...

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. Hotel's receptionist is one of the top employees! In love with annex rooms of this quiet venue.
