Everything was absolutely great, including knowledgeable staff and amazing location right next to the water bus stop. The superior room was air-conditioned and stylish with excellent views.

Magnificent, stunning location just next door to San Marco & rialto bridge, elegant restaurant and the centre and the congress venue. Fine food, outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk.

Everything was absolutely great, amazing location near to the centre of Venice, the Grand Canal at the Ca'd'Oro stop of the vaporetto and San Marco & rialto bridge, hospitable staff. The superior queen room was new-fashioned with balcony view, a very large bed and a Juliette balcony. This was my perfect stay for one night.

The location was incredible and stunning for me as it was close enough to the most attractions, Close to centre of town / transport and the ferry terminal on the grand canal. The breakfasts were extensive and substantial with a coffee machine and different coffee.

The superior room I got was included with terrific views, good breakfast, as example. The location was unbeatable and easy, within walking distance of a grand showpiece square. Staff were EFFICIENT and breakfast was delicious.

Chilled-out base for a 2-night stay. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We ordered lunch at Trattoria al Gazzettino, located a short way from the venue.

this is a hotel go-to for venice! the rooms in the property were large.
