Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fabulous food, exceptional views. We had a comfortable bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows. The staff was all courteous and welcoming. Really enjoyed this hotel, had fairly nice experience.

The setting was very very poor.

Particularly good and amazing location next to the canal which was pretty, easy to get anywhere. And close to an enclosed bridge.

The whole experience was pleasant. Generally everything was nice. It was based in very comfortable building in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, by bridge over the canal. And it was also right by which is a maze of canals, other attractions and the square. My double room was brand-new and very well kept.

The bedroom was luxurious and soundproof. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen.

The hotel was first-rate and good value and placed in an ancient-style building. The breakfast was sensational and the roof top bar was a plus. This venue had a very central position very close to Saint Mark's Square. I was surprised at nearby Ostaria al Ponte, they had some goodies, drinks. The service was great and the food was fabulous.

All the staff is very attentive and amazingly friendly and is engaged to make your stay really lovely. The units were good sized and newly remodelled even for a wardrobe.

We appreciated double room than on the picture. Super central location next to San Marco square and water bus and St Mark's square, it was in a very very nice area.

The rooms were all huge with great venetian character. The service was absolutely excellent.

Great location right by Riva degli Schiavoni. Set in a peaceful area so close to sites St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge as well as restaurants and bars.

The stay was amazing. Everything was good, but we stayed for 3 nights only. The most important was the staff - really good and accommodating people. We appreciated rooms in venetian style. It included great restaurant with great food.

Had classic queen room with champagne, buffet breakfast, for instance. Excellent breakfasts with sweet options and including eggs, for instance provided by the welcoming staff.

The staff was welcoming & outstandingly accommodating. Great and fantastic location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. It took us 25 minutes to drive to this comfortable accommodation from the airport.

Everything was nice at this great old fashioned and first-rate hotel. We only slept at the double room almost on the ceiling, but appreciated it. Food was fab, staff was brilliantly helpful.

Had 1 night in Venice, spent our time here lovely. We were greeted by respectful, knowledgeable staff. Perfect location, Marco Polo airport was 15 km away. The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a very nice area.

It made my trip to Venice a nice experience. The room was huge, the beds were exceptionally comfortable - I enjoyed the place. The hotel was fairly clean with courteous staff.

It was a REALLY NICE stay, excellent value place. They recommended a great restaurant with great food. The service was friendly, the food was outstanding.

The view to the canal is marvellous, the room is decent size and newly decorated. It has amazing and incredible location for visiting a cathedral church.

Clean place, staff was courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and huge with good bathroom, AC, nice decoration. The location was great for walking around a grand showpiece square. Moreover, it was next to 5 minutes walk from St Mark's Square & the nearest vaporetto stop, and the touristy areas of the Rialto and San Marco.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to a Gothic church. In general the staff were welcoming and outstandingly accommodating.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was good, the location was fantastic right by the next square, the other important sites and a private bridge. I really enjoyed classic queen room for a wardrobe. Luggage storage and a kitchen area were available here.

This hotel is a nice comfy base for honeymoon. The room is huge, comes with buffet breakfast, bathroom, for example. Have a drink at the roof top bar. A pleasure to stay here, enchanting and quirky venue, I would recomand.

Recently refurbished unit than on the picture, we loved it. The hotel was set in a central area close to Venise, a maze and St Mark's Square. There was Pasta & Pasta nearby, offering quick meals.

The classic queen room was well maintained and bright. The view of the canal was lovely. Location: the hotel was so close to a canal, San Marco square and the centre of the Venice. Street food restaurant Pasta & Pasta was located 5 minutes walk away...

Its location near many restaurants is amazing and awesome. My must haves' are a fabulous, luxurious room with excellent breakfast and other view plus a romantic wiew.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Venice. The hotel was pleasant and charming thanks to its attentive staff. The location was amazing and stunning, just a short walk away from a public museum. The property itself was in a very nice area, close to a centre of the island
