All of the staff were very friendly, best. The room with a balcony. The breakfast at the place was great for all prices. Excellent service was provided. The ambience was refined.

Tbh, had a really nice stay on my vacation. Clean and the staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. My deluxe king room was complete with charming view, the balcony plus 5 Excellent breakfast.

No complains at all, very nice stay at many places on my vacation. Silent, neat unit with settee.

The rooms were well-designed, especially those with air con, an AMAZING view, for example.

The breakfast included yoghourt and cheese. My classic queen room with a balcony looking out at the gondolas passing by very Venice, clean towels, as for instance was nice styled. Amazing very central location short walk to Piazza San Marco, Rialto bridge and San Marco square, and the centre for all local sightseeing and shops. It also was on the canal at the Gondolas below.

Fairly clean and stylish place, super-friendly staff. Neat and stylish rooms with a view with exceptional views. Variety of options, excellent food. Magnificent location really close to grand canal and san marco square as well as Venice-mere minutes walking from San Marco. Besides, easy to get to St Chad's.

The hotel was in an excellent and incredible location, next to a bus station. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were efficient.

Beautifully designed room with air con was enjoyable. The location of the property was magnificent, very close to all attractions. The service here was great.

The breakfast food, especially fresh bread, eggs, and cheese was savoury. The location was nice and ideal, easy to find from the Rialto bridge!

The room is good sized and lovely romantic and there are FANTASTIC views.

My stay was really nice at many places on my vacation. There were extremely comfy beds and a couch and nice wooden floor inside the room. I had a view of the canal from my window. The location was particularly good and magnificent, in front of a gondola station, so it was really easy to travel around.

The breakfast was great with lots of food. Really enjoyed my deluxe double room with an extraordinary decor, minuscule TV, as for instance. The location of the hotel was best possible - at a walking distance from Northern Quarter bars.

As for me, the area was quite poor.

Rooms with balcony had a quiet atmosphere. Tried brilliant yoghourt and cheese.

The hotel's position was best possible and comfortable, near to StMark's, St Marc's Square and Rialto Bridge and the canal good. It was a short walk to Rossopomodoro Venezia, where you can have lunch.

It was in a nice location between Rialto bridge. Deluxe queen room was brand-new and comfortable quiet had hypoallergenic pillows.

The property was clean and staff was wonderfully helpful and very amiable. Its location was perfect and best possible directly on to a canal. And it was also near to Rialto and San Marco as well as Very close to san marko square. We really enjoyed savoury food.

The breakfast was great with fresh cappucino and meats, as example, really enjoyed what was offered. The location was best possible and incredibly comfortable, adjacent to San Marcos square and Rialto bridge, st Marks Basilica n doges Palace, and Rialto bridge and St Mark square, in a shopping area. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Antico Gatoleto, ate there couple of times.

The rooms were neat and vintage with lovely views. A pleasant attached restaurant was open on site.

Fab setting in the busy area, next to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks square, all the shops and main ferry and St Marc's Square and Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to a picture gallery. Excellent design of interiors in superior king room.

Good beds, fully renovated rooms and clean bath. Particularly good location in the Central area, and only about 20 minutes' walk to Venice centre.

Breads, eggs, and cheese served for breakfast. Nice and ideal setting, really close to most restaurants and museums around, all the major sites and a canal.

The location was magnificent and lovely for exploring this tourist area, right by StMark's & Rialto bridge, nature and many stores. A cool bonus was Suso Gelatoteca, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I was upgraded to stylish classic queen room with a balcony. I enjoyed yoghourt and cheese available, too.

It was in an excellent location with an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge nearby. This hotel was in a central area near walking distance to Rialto bridge as well as attractions such as St Marks Basilica.

The superior double room is silent and new-fashioned. The attached restaurant is nice, it has amazing dishes.

Good and magnificent location in the shared areas within the building, and 5 minute walk from an ornate footbridge. And not far from all the attractions and shops, great restaurants, water bus and walking excursions and both Rialto & San Marco.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met incredibly helpful and very friendly staff like the manager. The location was perfect and best possible - 300 metres away from a cathedral church. The attached restaurant was wonderful, they served tasty food.

The place was clean, I booked the deluxe double room with sea views, everything was really good. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - ease of access to San Salvador Church. The huge bathroom was the best. All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues.

I would say it's great base for staying and exploring Venice. There is a personal safe, an air conditioning and a minibar - that's always a plus. The location is very central. There is dessert restaurant Suso Gelatoteca, set 300 metres walk away.

The check in was early and the atmosphere was refined throughout the hotel. Fortunately, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Its location a short walk to T Fondaco Dei Tedeschi by Dfs Duty Free Store was best possible and incredibly comfortable. The airport was 15 km away.

It had very central location close to a historic bridge. Besides, it was just off a canal and water taxi.

I booked a deluxe queen room, it was impressive and had a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. Sea view was pleasant! The prime and fab location was a walking distance from a landmark bridge. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were efficient and best.

Overall, it's good choice for exploring Venice attractions. It's 20 mins walk to the centre.

We had a nice time staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 2 nights only. Its location not too far from an art gallery was marvellous and fab. There was an attached restaurant nearby😀

The hotel is clean, nestled in a very good building with an attached restaurant. The property staff is attentive and incredible. The location is incredible, within walking distance of a wide canal. As for me the food is tasty, and they have lots of meals.

Wanted to explore Venice and this hotel was perfect base for doing it. Its location was marvellous, near to Rialto and basilica do San Marco, Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. I loved delicious food.

It was easy to get to piazza san marco and grand canal was also near to this place. Great location, excellent base for a city break
