Particularly helpful staff and perfect location easy to get to from the water bus, everything was really good.

Breakfast was satisfactory, pleasant views, amazing location not far from boat stations Zattere and Accademia, the Canal Grande and San Marco, the Zattere Vaporetto station. I spent some time with cold drinks in the inviting outdoor bar.

Would stay here again and would recomand it. The venue is overall clean and reasonably large, views are exquisite, the location is exceptionally nice right by the Pointe dell Accademia bridge and Ponte accademia. The rooms are brand-new and high standard, the bed is comfy.

Everything was good, very nice staff, wonderful location right by the water taxi for 1.5+ hours, two Vapporetto stops and center. My room was compact and new-fashioned with a clean bathroom. Their food was fresh with plenty of meals. The daily service was terrific. Cold drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise. You guys made my stay relaxing.

The service provided there was terrific. Hotel’s breakfast was great with those delicious pastries, cakes plus very good pastries and could satisfy any taste. Location: the venue was adjacent to vaporettostops Accademia and San Marco, the Zattere Vaporetto station.

Its location not too far from an art gallery was stunning. Further, it was just off Accademia bridge as well as very convenient to vaporetto stop.

Our hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location, close to a bus stop. Really enjoyed spotless double room with regular bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. And the facilities were good.

This hotel was great base for exploring Venice, enjoyed it. The restaurant was located within 300 feet.
